Zeitgeist is a mini campaign for Mausritter with three adventures in pamphlet format. Discover an old attic, a mysterious place filled with forgotten artefacts, in three different time periods. You can play each adventure separately or combine them for a time-travelling extravaganza!
The Past
Explore a bygone era before the establishment of knighthood. Fierce foes inhabit the attic, and brave mice must fight for survival with swords and sorcery.
The Present
Nowadays the attic is a lost place. Treasures from the past are buried under ruins, while age-old enemies are still alive and hungry.
The Future
Welcome to the world of tomorrow! The ancient knights are long gone. Now, the modern-day Cyberritter protect the innocent. In the future timeline, the attic has changed drastically, but the remains of the past are lingering in the darkness next to the bright neon lights.
The three adventures are interconnected: The set comes with stickers. You can use these to show the changes you made in each time-period. A leak you caused in the roof near the weird altar in the past will be overgrown by strange glowing mold in the present, which in turn may be home to a little colony of fungus people in the future.
Each adventure comes in the form of an eight-page pamphlet. The set includes new items, stickers and instructions on how to use the adventures in different ways. The adventures are written by René Kremer, Michael Masberg and Daniel Neugebauer, the team and publisher behind the German edition of Mausritter. All Illustrations are done by Jessika „luminiarts“ Brinks.
