As my final crowdfunding project until next year, I wanted to introduce a simpler, highly customizable pride set. My penchant for space-themed project continues with these planet and star mini pins - I am very excited that this was the most popular theme pick after Pretty Pride Potion's pledge manager survey!
These pins will be .75" (the stars) and .8" (the planets) respectively - in order to allow them to be customizable in their layout, each color will be individually included for each pride flag! Due to each color being its own pin, the cost of each pride flag will be a little different. 3-color flags will be $29, 4 color flags will be $38, and 5 color flags will be $45. Flags with larger numbers of colors will be priced individually in the post campaign survey.
The base goal will include both freebie pins, a freebie sticker, the base goal pins which will include star pins only of bi, trans, lesbian, and ace flags. The base goal is set relatively low, but stretch goals will unlock larger portions of colors as they will only be accounting for additional pins, and not any more mold fees!

My goal for designing this project was to create a collection of pins that allowed for subtle Pride flair, for anyone to be able to use. If putting a full 5, 6, even up to 8 pin spread is way too many pins for you, then I am happy to accommodate! Just choose the pledge level or add on that corresponds to the number of pins you would like to order for your modified flag, and there will be an opportunity to choose your specific colors in the post campaign survey.
While I would love to offer ALL possible flags with these pins, due to the variation in colors of many, I will only be creating stretch goals to cover about 24 flags. If there is a strong desire for one specific flag, I am happy to add it on as a stretch goal, but that will require y'all to comment with your interest. The nice thing about these pins, however, is even if the colors for some flags won't exactly match other flags, they are likely to be close enough to cover a dozen other options!

In addition to any rewards that come with the pledge level you choose, there are some freebies available!
Early Bird backers will receive a 3" sticker with a pastel rainbow starry planetscape - this will be a glossy sticker, cut to full bleed.
Return backers will receive a rainbow anodized version of the star pin, filled with translucent black soft enamel.
Backers of 5 or more pins of any combination will receive a rainbow anodized planet pin with translucent black enamel.
Depending on funding goals reached, and number of backers the campaign ultimately reaches, I may decide to design more sticker and/or pin freebies to celebrate those milestones - so keep an eye out, and be sure to share the campaign with everyone you can!

I also made my very first 3" pin - after sampling all of them, the Black Hole design just was NOT shining at 1.5", so I sized up :)

Pretty Pride Potions
My first pride-themed enamel pin collection - featuring 24 pride flags and 3 additional pride themed potion pins!
If you are familiar with Kickstarter, Backerkit functions in a very similar way!
While this campaign is live, you can pledge to any open ledge level - at the time of pledging, your payment method will not be charged. Backerkit is an all or nothing platform, which means that you will only be charged if the base goal is funded. If the base goal is not funded, the pins will not be made, and you will not be charged.
Once the campaign ends you will be charged for the cost of your pledge level only (shipping costs are paid later within your survey). Roughly 2 weeks after the campaign ends, you will receive a BackerKit survey to choose your designs, pay shipping fees, and add your shipping address. In your survey, there will be an add-ons section where you can add extra items, such as stickers, pins, lanyards, stretch goal pins, and more.

My pins come in 2 grades - A/Standard grade, and seconds/B grade
A/Standard Grade pins have a few extremely minor flaws that can be seen up close, but flaws cannot be distinguished from 2+ feet away. Those flaws may include low enamel, specks or scratches in enamel, specks or scratches in the metal plating, slightly miscolored enamel, slightly flawed printing, and the like. These pins are ideal for display where they may be open to the elements (on an uncovered ita bag, a backpack, a lanyard, a lapel or other clothing item, etc.)
Seconds grade pins are ones with noticeable flaws even at a distance. These may include flaws like holes/craters in the enamel (caused by bubbles that were polished down), large or dark specks in the enamel or metal, very significantly low or missing enamel, smeared or very uneven printing, overflowed enamel, really deep scratches in the enamel, visible metal behind glitter. When I sell seconds grade pins at conventions, people usually do not care about the flaws and happily purchase them anyway. These pins are a good option for someone on a budget who still wants to add to their pin collection and may not care about imperfections and larger flaws.
This campaign will run from June 1st to June 10th. An at-a-glance illustration of the timeline is below:
Keep in mind that the above timeline is subject to change if any problems occur, either in manufacturing, shipping, or personally/health wise on my end. I will be sure to communicate these slowdowns with you as they arise. This campaign is meant to be a quickie before I take an extended break from new projects, so it will only be running for 10 days.

*These time frames are estimated, and may be earlier or later depending upon Backerkit and manufacturers. I will update all backers any time a major update altering these timelines occurs. I am hoping I can get these pins sooner than August, but I want to give myself enough buffer in case of any issues.
SHIPPING
See the chart below for estimated minimum shipping costs - keep in mind that these are only potential estimates, and not a guarantee, and are likely to increase rather than decrease. Shipping costs are charged after surveys are sent out and I have gathered your address, in the post-campaign survey.
You will have the opportunity to add on extra items in your post campaign survey. Add on items may come with additional shipping costs depending on the final weight of your order.
I will be shipping all orders through USPS Ground Advantage, or, if you have an exceptionally large order, potentially UPS, FedEx or DHL.
Only UK orders greater than 135£ will be fulfilled. All others under this amount must be refunded due to VAT law. This allows me to ship your order without needing to calculate and pre-pay VAT prior to your package shipping. This does leave you responsible for paying customs/VAT upon receipt of your package.
I WILL be able to ship to the EU this campaign! While I am a little nervous to jump into something like this, I've decided to give it a go, with the help of a nexus company to allow me to navigate their new packaging & materials laws legally. I do ask that any of you EU folks out there bear with me as I work through all of this - it may take a little time for me to ensure I'm all set up and all rules are being followed!

If your pledge is over $150, after you select a pledge and go to Checkout, you'll be given the option to pay 4 equal interest-free monthly installments of your pledge total over the course of 4 months.

Your rewards will not qualify for shipment until you have paid in full. Pay over time typically takes 16 weeks, depending on the service (1 monthly payment); due to the nature of pin production, however, it is likely that shipping will not have begun until that point.
You understand that any partial payments made are not eligible for a refund.
You understand that you will not be able to access the pledge manager survey until after you have paid in full.

DESIGN
My design photos are only mockups - due to the differences in how screens display color, there may be slight differences in what you see on the screen vs. how the pins will look in person. Rest assured I will do my best to ensure the finished result is accurate.
There may also be minor design changes as required by the manufacturer. Any major changes will be explained to backers before they are made.
Glitters, translucent enamel, and metal plating colors may vary on the physical product.
PRODUCTION
You may not know, but pin-making is still largely done by people, and not machines. Due to this, human error is a possibility. All backers of this campaign will receive standard grade pins - for more information on pin grading, please see the section on pin grading.
While I did my best to account for buffers in between steps on the timeline, there is always a chance for production delays, delays in shipping, or unforeseen life events which might push back my own timeline for grading and fulfilling pledges. I will do my best to communicate any setbacks or delays.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Refunds and cancellations are not accepted after your payment has been processed. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you. Chronic cancellations will result in being barred from future pledges on my campaigns.
If you do not fill out your survey within 60 days of receiving it, your pledge will be assumed as a donation.
If a chargeback is filed and the name matches the individual filing the chargeback, you will not be accepted as a backer for any future projects, and may be barred from purchasing items in my storefront.
If you pledge to a custom tier which requires input from you at any point post-campaign, similar to not filling out a survey, if within 60 days post-campaign you do not respond to requests for information, photos, etc. for the custom item, that portion of your pledge will be considered a donation.
By collecting your pledge at the end of this campaign, it is assumed that you have read and fully understood everything outlined above, including any risks associated with the process, policies, conditions and estimated timelines.

65% covers manufacturing cost of: enamel pins and extras (freebies, stickers, other merch designed for this campaign), 10% to account for the cost of shipping pins from my manu to me, 10% to cover stripe & Backerkit's fees, and 15% to cover supplies to get pins and merchandise to backers (new, larger boxes, additional mailers, bubble wrap, backing cards, packaging for carabiners, shipping labels etc.)
Similar to my previous pride themed campaign, I will be somewhat limiting add-ons for the sake of simplicity. A single listing for all prior campaign potion pins will be available, which includes both freebie pins (rainbow potion & gay frog water, as well as the unprinted froggy potion pins sent by mistake from my manufacturer).
