Ogre Miniatures Set 4 begins shipping today!

Over the next few weeks, the Warehouse 23 team will work on packing up your pledge items and any add-ons you may have selected and shipping them to you. This process will take some time, and we appreciate your patience while we work to fulfill every pledge. Digital files will be uploaded to the BackerKit digital download system shortly and to Warehouse 23 for those who opted to have their digital files stored there.

If you haven't completed your survey, there is still time! Click here to start the process. Please complete your survey before we finalize fulfillment, or you will be removed and refunded. Help us send miniature tanks to your mailbox!

Just a quick update on two different fronts. First off, there are about 170 backers or late pledges who have yet to complete their surveys. If you are one of these, we request that you complete yours as soon as possible. Click here to get to the pledge manager.

Second, we would like to lock in our t-shirt order with the local printer. Our current plan is to order exactly the sizes/counts you've selected, which means no excess stock. We can give you until Sunday evening (3/3/24) to secure a shirt from this limited run of 100% ringspun cotton Ogre designs. On 3/4/24, the shirts will be hidden from the store, and we will place the order.

Thank you so much for being patient while we worked to get the Ogre Miniatures Set 4 pledge manager ready! As many of you already know, we opened the pledge manager yesterday afternoon. You should have received an email from BackerKit with instructions on how to access your pledge.

For backers who selected add-ons during the last 72 hours, you will be asked to confirm your choices prior to finalizing your survey. Hey folks,

This is a short update on the timeline for the pledge manager now that we have a better understanding of how BackerKit handles the post-campaign handoff. Sometimes, we are able to open our pledge managers a bit earlier, but in this case, we are going to hold on for the whole 14 days, as advised by the BackerKit team. This means that you will start to see invites go out in February, as early as the 12th. We will keep the pledge manager running for approximately 3-4 weeks before we begin to charge cards. We will reach out again to remind you to complete your survey by early March.

Thank you all so much for coming out to support Ogre Miniatures Set 4! This was a truly awesome turnout, and we are so thankful for your support. 

What to expect: Over the next few weeks, we will work on preparing the Pledge Manager. We expect the Pledge Manager to go live by February 19th. Once available, we will ask you to provide us with the necessary information to deliver your pledge. The Pledge Manager will also allow you to browse the available selection of great add-ons, including Ogre specific items, as well as other great games and accessories. 

We will share more information about the Pledge Manager once we are closer to its release!

We’re going to add an Ogre item that everyone can have. Free.
 
At the suggestion of (Heatdeath), we’re combining a number of free PDFs in order to make a print-and-play set, which we’ll give away free. You could actually get all this already, but you had to look in different places, make multiple downloads, touch your nose and spin around three times . . . you get the idea.
 
This will NOT be ready before the campaign ends. Rather than just throw all the existing PDFs into a package, we’re going to tweak the ones that need tweaking to make it a *good* print-and-play item. This will be the kind of thing that you would probably pay a little money for, but you won’t have to.
 
Why? Because during this campaign, you folks have bought up most of our stocks of a few critical releases in the Ogre line. It wouldn’t do to have the Ogre rules not available at all, and monthly sales don’t warrant an immediate reprint. So here comes a complete Ogre package.
 
(This also means that if you have the miniatures, you will be able to download this and have everything - maps, rules, and counters just-in-case) - that you need to play.)
 
When it’s done, we’ll announce it in an update. Don’t everybody download it at once, please . . . And enjoy!

With less than 72 hours remaining, I come bearing "gifts."

We were able to open up add-ons a little earlier than we had been expecting. (Surprise!) At this time, we are able to offer a limited selection of items and duplicate pledge levels. You'll be happy to know that we were able to duplicate the $40, $55, and $100 pledge levels! You can also lock down individual Set 3 minis, as well as a digital copy of the Ogre Miniatures Second Edition rulebook. Click over the add-ons tab to get yours!

Not only will the pledge manager have the items above, but it will also have the add-ons shown in the campaign. The pledge manager will open a few weeks after this campaign closes.

We thought it would be a fun update to share a look at one of the alternate designs we kicked around during the build out of the Ogre Miniatures Set 4 campaign. During our brainstorming sessions, we played with a few different designs and color packages, but ultimately agreed on what you see in the current campaign.

Honestly, wow. Less than 24 hours after launch, Ogre Miniatures Set 4 had over $54,000 in funding and 700 backers! We even had a fun backer train going last night into the 600's! Thank you so much for your response to Set 4. 

Make sure to get your Early Bird Pledge Bonus locked down. Don't miss out on a randomly selected Mark III or Mark V Ogre! Early Bird backers will also have access to an add-on in the pledge manager to get both tanks for just a few dollars more.

 
We've seen some discussion on the quantities available for our Ogre General and Warlord pledge levels. A few of the items contained within these pledge levels are limited by what’s left in our warehouse, but we still wanted to make them available. While these pledges are now sold out, we have heard your feedback and will take this into consideration for future Ogre Miniatures projects.

 
We've also seen a lot of comments about getting more Set 3 and Set 4, and we hear you loud and clear. We will be working to make these available after the campaign when the pledge manager opens. We hope to be able to provide add-ons that allow you to buy single or multiple sets. We will have more information about this soon.

 
We have a new poll that we would love your feedback on. Our parallel Ogre Miniatures Set 4 Launch stream went really well, and we enjoyed having so many of you watch along while we were live. What do you want to see at the next Ogre stream? Let us know in the comments and be sure to leave a vote.
