And somehow we ended up here! And you all went along with it and I love you for that. I'm shocked at the incredible support for these pins and my art—we're already over 350% funded—and I can't wait to turn them into real pins.

My cat River was the immediate inspiration for Primrose's design.

It was very important to get those toe beans just right.
And in early concepts of Blot he much much less innocent!

The first version of Bolt also looked a little more conniving! I just couldn't bear to inflict such bad kitties on the world.

After some additional refinement to fit them into shapes and designs suitable for turning into enamel pins, the Frantic Familiars were officially born.
