Good news everyone! Your pins have begun their journeys home!
Packages started going out earlier this week and you should receive a tracking number in your email when your order ships.
I started with international packages since they’re a smaller batch, and Domestic shipments should begin in the next week or so. I’ve got a great team coming out to help me week after next, with the goal of getting everything out by the end of June and ahead of schedule.
For now it’s just me bumbling along on my own and I’m pretty sure I’ve already packed at least one order wrong 😑 (If it was yours, please email me at [email protected] and I’ll send the correct pins right away! Sorry!)

The pins have arrived at my studio! As always, PinSource, my vendor has knocked it out of the park with the quality. I could not be happier with how the pins turned out and I really hope you’ll love them as much as I do.
I can’t wait to get these into your hands, but there are a few more steps before I start shipping. First I have to grade each and every pin to make sure you’re getting a Grade A quality pin. I’m also going to send out a notice that I’m locking addresses—you’ll get a chance to make corrections or confirm your address before shipping starts.
I've also got some new about upcoming pin collections and other secret projects...I'll send additional updates on all that soon, but in the meantime here are some photos of the pins!

There are a few unanswered surveys out there still, so if this is you and you somehow happen to be reading this, please be sure to get your survey in before March 31st 11:59 pm PST! After that the surveys will be closed and if you haven't chosen your pins and add-ons I will have to consider your pledge a kind donation. <3
The pins are scheduled to to arrive to my studio by late April, and I'll immediately start grading them to make sure every pin I'm sending out is Grade A standard. And then, packaging and shipping!
Keep following for updates on production and estimates of when the pins will start shipping to backers...plus some sneak peeks at my next upcoming pin collection and some other BIG news!

When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

There are a few next steps I wanted to share:
Expect an email letting you know your payment has been charged. If there are any issues with your payment we will notify you with next steps.
We will need to collect some additional info such as your pin selections and shipping information before we send rewards. In the coming weeks we will send you a survey to collect that information.
Since all Pintopia projects were 100% funded, you will be getting a FREE Pintopia 2023 pin from BackerKit. And if you backed 3+ pins you’ve earned some additional pins. Stay tuned for more information from BackerKit about how you will receive those pins.

You've been waiting on the backing card art, and here it is! I imagined it as a cozy, witchy, work space, perfect for a trio of cats to wreak havoc in.
This backing card art is a Backerkit exclusive and won't be available after Pintopia. Which brings me to some questions I've been getting:
Q: How can I buy more than 3 pins?
A: If you would like more pins, you'll have the option to purchase them as add-ons when you complete your Backer survey. (Add-ons will include the Backerkit exclusive card.)
Q: If I don't want to pledge right now, can I buy the pins after they're made?
A: Yes, while supplies last. I will have enough pins manufactured to fulfill Backerkit pledges, a few to stock my online shop and take to pop-up markets, plus some extras in case of damaged or lost packages, but I cannot guarantee how many will be left or that these pins will be produced again. The retail price of the pins will be higher after Pintopia, plus you'll miss out on the extra cool backing card art. You should really just pledge now!
Q: Do you have any other pin designs? Can we add them on?
Yes! I have some remaining from my Calming Cats collection, and they'll be available to purchase as add-ons—with a special discount just for Pintopia supporters! Q: You should make a pin of MY pet.
We've only got a handful of days left to go for Pintopia, I've been blown away by all the love that the Frantic Familiars have gotten. I'm so happy to get to design pins and share my enthusiasm for black cats and witchy things and gosh, am I glad you love glow-in-the-dark as much as I do!
I'm already thinking about how my next collection of pins will be embellished and I'd love to know what you'd like to see? More glow-in-the-dark? A sparkly glitter finish? Hinges or spinny bits? Answer the poll above!
