So these arrived today as expected. But when looking at the full set…

I am asking for Jupiter reprints. But what do I do about all the others? Probably only about 15% of backers did not order the Jupiter pin. Do I wait to ship everything? Would some of you mind the smaller one to get them faster?

Ugh. It is always something. Last campaign I ordered two pins too large and one too small.

What is crazy is I made this doc to ensure nothing went wrong this time.

Hey all!
super quick update. My manufacturer just told me that the pins are done and ready to be shipped! This can mean they'll be here anytime within the next 1-2 weeks 🥳

The only thing is that they informed me that some designs have a higher flaw rate than usual, and they agreed to remake them but will ship the current batch out to me anyways to avoid further delays. so for some pins there might still be insufficient quantity to fulfill all orders (although i have yet to see how bad they really are in bulk - I ordered so many extra that there might be no problem at all, and by the time fulfillment rolls around the rest may also be here. I'm optimistic for our scheduled fulfillment time!

Once the pins are here i will try my best to grade and prepack them asap, take some half decent pics and then charge the cards according to schedule and then fulfillment can finally start! Yay!

Also if you haven't seen: my next project is having a poll on the best cat color to go with a catnip pin. The cat will be a freebie on that campaign,I thought a few of you may appreciate them :D The poll closes in a few hours.

Hello again friends, 

I received word from my rep at my production partner that the pins will be done in the next week or two here, but there might be a minor delay in shipping them to me.  My rep has an immediate family member pass away, so now someone else there will need to oversee the quality control, packing and shipping to me.  They said it shouldn't add any more than 10 days to the whole process, but I am not expecting to have these in hand until the end of the month.  

While I am a little sad about the delay for the pins, I think I would be more sad if I had a loved one pass, so I am doing my best to extend grace and set my expectations accordingly.  I have a long relationship with this particular production partner, so I have no reason to think they are being anything but genuine.  

I am hoping they send me some photos before the end of the month though, so once I get those I will be sure to pass them along in another update.

Hello!

I'm so happy to say that the pins have finally arrived!! I'm so excited to see them and get them packaged up to send out. Gonna grade them all first of course but steps to getting your rewards fulfilled is finally one step closer to you!! I've taken a few pictures so you can see and I hope to start shipping as soon as possible!

These all turned out so purrfect and I'm going to dive right into getting them ready to go! I'll be doing my best to get them sent out as quick as I can!

Howdy hey!

A quick update!
It's time to move onto the next steps!! While I'm getting everything set up and figured out, I'll be locking down addresses! That said, there are some of you that still need to fill out your surveys AND a few of you who haven't had payments go through yet. 

Even if you're certain you're all good, please just double check. It never hurts to be doubly certain!!

As soon as addresses are locked, I'll be getting on to packing up your rewards and sending them out! With any luck I can start sending some out next week!!

Say it is TRUE:

Five Very Heavy boxes showed up yesterday at my place! I love how all the pins and the keychain came out. I'm putting them on their backing cards now as fast as I can around my day job and will be starting to send out packs by Friday. Tracking numbers will come to whatever email address you have on file here with Backerkit.

I do have 5 cards that declined payment and still some outstanding surveys. Remember, I can not send rewards out to incomplete payments and/or incomplete surveys. If you still want your items and need help with either issue, let me know.

It took me a long time to pick pantones and make the document with all of the information. Then I waited for the results of the President's visit to Beijing to see if there were any big changes.
Today I sent the order to my rep and she will send me an invoice in the next couple of days.  Thanks for your support and patience! Below is the free sticker, "Too big to hide" White Maine Coon and Gerber Daisies. The green border will not be as wide. This one includes bleed, so color is printed all the way to the edges when cut out.
