One of the benefits for backers in those tiers is that they will be thanked in the finished book. By default, this will use the name from your BackerKit profile, but if you want it to be displayed differently in the book, please let us know below!

The time has officially come and Mausritter Month is over!
And boy oh boy! What a ride has been.
Hugh and I will send out a more detailed update in the days to come but wanted to take a couple moments this evening to say thank you to the 631 backers who made this happen!

You will see all campaigns that you have backed listed as add-ons in your cart as well as any early backer incentives, meeples, and the Mothership/ Mausritter Cross-collab Zine. Note, due to the nature of the BackerKit backend structure of the group shipping, the only add-ons that are available for purchase are products associated with the Junk City campaign.
We have sent out the "smoke test" today, which is an initial test of the pledge manager survey sent out to 5% of backers to make sure there are no errors. We expect to send the rest of the surveys out in the next day or so, assuming there are no issues. The pre-order store for Junk City will also open at this time.
We expect to close surveys and lock cards in about a month. We will follow up with another update in the next few days once all surveys are sent with those lock order and card charge dates.

First of all, apologies for my lack of regular updates. I didn't have anything new to share really (the work on the zine proper being all but finished) and we were waiting on news on that Massive Pledge Manager front. Turns out, setting up a bundled pledge manager for a bunch of disparate projects from all over the world... pretty complicated! The good news (and the reason for this here update)... is that everything seems to be in order now and ready to roll!
So! Next steps: a smoke test should be going out to a small number of backers by tomorrow noon. And if nothing turns out to be broken, you should expect the surveys to go out before the end of the week. At least that's what they tell me!
In other news... I ran a little game for my 6 y/o and am happy to report that I almost managed to talk him out of attacking every NPC he came across. Here's some stuff I printed out in my home printer. Honestly? Looking not too bad to me!
A quick update on the Pledge Manager Survey. I've been talking to our BackerKit rep most of today and the pledge manager has been reviewed and approved! They said that they would prefer we send the smoke test out early next week so the BackerKit team is in the office to address any issues, should they arise. We will post another update before we send out the "smoke test" to 5% of backers ahead of sending out all surveys.
Sometime today (approx 12pm MT) about 5% of you will receive a "smoke test" of the fulfillment survey, to test that everything is working as it should. Assuming all is well. everyone else will receive the same survey within the next couple of days or so. Exciting - one step closer to getting Ascent of Wretch-Wing's Tower into your hands!
In the meantime, the very talented Andy Bodrenkova is hard at work on the final few pieces of art. The layout is basically complete - the last pieces of art just need to be slotted in - and the text has been edited and proofread! I'm really proud of how it's shaping up, and I can't wait to share the finished version with all of you!
Big news! I've approved all the proof copies, and the printing is on track to finish by the end of the week.
Shipping
Me and my evil minions (friends) will be packing and shipping everything out this weekend. I'll be locking addresses, so please double check that everything's correct if you moved house in the last few months.

It's been quite some time, so wanted to give an update on the progress of Rinn to date. The content is close to being ready to place into the experienced hands of Walton Wood for editing. The bulk of my focus has been on the introductory adventure—The Inquisition Imposition—which I'm glad to say has come together nicely.
Ste Topley has also been working away quietly in the background on the remainder of the artwork. And I'm excited to share the final artwork for one of the spookier factions in Rinn; the Gloomwardens, custodians of Rinn's dead. Not the kind of thing a mouse wants to meet on the way home from the tavern.
In relation to fulfilment, Rinn is part of the Discounted Group Shipping and the folks at Exalted Funeral are working hard in the background to keep that moving along nicely.
I hope to get another update out soon, as we get closer the finalising all of the content, layout, and artwork.
