Froggy is, so far, the most requested pin. (Not a surprise: it is sooo cute!!)
We are still on track to send the pins early May. And, although we left them open a few extra weeks, we plan to close surveys (and the pre-order/late-pledge store) soon: before the end of April. So if you want to change anything in the surveys or you missed the campaign and want to buy some pins or stickers, you still have a couple of weeks!
We are also close to unlock Vampi as a Pin. It is available in the surveys and our pre-order store.

This is a check in to assure backers we're on schedule. All sticker incentives are on hand and I'm excited for you to receive them. Pin proofing took longer than anticipated but all designs are actively being manufactured as of last week. The next steps are pin grading and shipment to take place likely late next month as per the timeline.
There are still a handful of backers with missing surveys or card issues. I'm sending out a reminder along with this update as a friendly nudge. Please take the opportunity to check your information in order to receive your pledge rewards.
Nebula has been the most pre-ordered of the plush we did not get a chance to unlock during the campaign. So we had a sample plush made of them!

Hi everyone! I just wanted to make a quick update as I will be putting in the large enamel pin order soon. We have 90% completion on surveys. There are still a few surveys that haven't been completed yet. If you haven't had a chance to fill yours out, please do so as soon as you can. While I have ordered enough to cover all rewards, I can't finalize or guarantee your reward and shipping details until the survey is submitted.

Surveys are finally being sent now. You should receive yours between today and tomorrow. We are sending first a couple of test surveys to make sure that everything is correct.
When you receive the email, just click on its link to complete the survey with your Backerkit account. In the survey you will be able to pick what pins you want and add extra add-ons (like the Vampi Pin or the sticker set) if you wish. You will also be asked to fill in your shipping address, but you will not be charged for shipping yet. We will charge shipping a bit later, closer to fulfilment.
Surveys are open for a couple of weeks. After you submit it, you will still be able to go back and change your answers. We will send an update when they are about to close. So no stress!
Hey guys! About 5% of you will be receiving a survey today during what's called a "smoke test"--these limited number of surveys are just to test that everything goes smoothly and there are no errors on my end before I send out the rest of the surveys in 24 hours! If you have a failed payment and haven't fixed it yet, you still have a chance to fix your payment during the survey to pay for your pledge.
For Pay Over Time backers, I sent out an update asking you to complete a google form so I have a preliminary count of what I need to order since your surveys won't go out until you've completed your payments in a few months. If you are a PAY OVER TIME BACKER and you haven't already done so, please fill out this google form so I can get a feel for how many items I need to order!
Also, just to clarify on the Unicorn sample, this handle will be the same color pink as the nylon material, only the shape will be changing to match the rest of the samples!
