https://killerpancakeillustration.com Killerpancake Illustration is Genevieve Barbee-Turner, a tarot card illustrator and two-dimensional artist based in Pittsburgh, PA. She is creating cursed occult wares including tarot decks, stickers and stationary, fine art prints, and other decor inspired by horror stories, folklore, and ghost stories from across history and pop culture. Killerpancake blends contemporary Appalachia and queer/femme identity with a splash of gothic aesthetic. Genevieve’s pen name, Killerpancake, is an ode to hours of listening to audiobooks while drawing as a young girl. A reference to a cozy mystery book title, listening to a story has always painted pictures inside her head in a way that nothing else does. In 2012, she started recording a podcast called The AP Collection, where she interviewed approximately 200 people about Pittsburgh and creativity. These conversations inspired a fully illustrated 78-card tarot deck detailing the realities of “New Pittsburgh” called Bridge Witches: A Tarot Deck. As a product of the Bible Belt in the 90s, Genevieve lived in the wake of the Satanic Panic. As a result, she learned early that fear and anxiety are tools used by people to control others, especially women and queer people. Later, she luckily, found “misfits” in the goth club scene, where she met people of a wide variety of genders and sexual identities. In the era of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, there were spaces that sheltered folks living on the fringe, and in that space, Genevieve discovered her people. Genevieve earned a BFA in Art from Carnegie Mellon University in 2007, and studied at Universität der Künste Berlin in 2006 focusing on printing, drawing, and printmaking. However, her practice was built long before entering an art studio. Since childhood, she has had a drawing instrument in her hand. Copying of fashion photography in Vogue magazine, her obsession with the human figure and its dynamic use to tell stories remains relevant today. She moved on to drawing classes on VHS tapes, then at the local community center, and ultimately attended The Governor’s School for the Arts in Norfolk, Virginia, during high school before moving on to her studies at CMU in Pittsburgh.

Tom Wham has been designing games since his childhood – some have been published by various companies, many have not. In mid 2017 Tom and long-time friend, Dave Conant, decided to self-publish some of those many unpublished games sitting on Tom’s shelves. They formed the Tom Wham Games, LLC partnership later that year and soon after began offering Tom's fans more of his fun and silly style games.

Hey there! I’m Kit, a Melbourne-based 2D artist and illustrator with a soft spot for cute critters, quirky characters, and all things D&D and gaming. I conjure up whimsical worlds and playful creatures with a dash of magic and a sprinkle of fun—perfect for those who like their fantasy with a cute twist!

I am a nerd, a noob and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I find Dinosaurs fascinating! My favorite shark is the Great White. I will probably never own a horse but I think the Friesians are GORGEOUS! I grew up with art. My grandma painted. One of my favorite aunt painted. She was also a teacher at BYU Idaho for a few years. I consider her my mentor.  My goal is to start being able to make more money with art and, eventually, writing novels. I REALLY need to get out of retail, customer service and sales. It is soooooo draining!  It was suggested to me when I asked about it at Fan X last September, to start designing and printing pins. So I've decided to give it a try. I also want to sell prints and such at various conventions and things, but that is a ways into the future. I enjoy collecting Transformers, My Little Pony and a few Star Wars nick knacks and, when I can find them, really cool dragon figures.

Instructor and translator of Old Norse, Norse mythology, and runes, formerly working at UCLA, UC Berkeley, and the University of Colorado, and since 2020 working as a full-time independent public educator through such outlets as Youtube videos, published translations of the Poetic Edda and other works, and independently-offered Zoom courses in the Old Norse language and the major texts of Norse mythology.
