After a lot of back and forth with my manu, we discovered that there was, indeed, a second box that got lost in transit somewhere. The factory covered the cost of remaking the pins, but I was still on the hook for paying for shipping for the additional box. T_T

I hope whomever finds a medium sized box filled to the brim with pieces of moons does something cool with it.

Please, please, please continue to be patient with us as we piece together the individual sets and start shipping.

Originally, I'd planned for fulfillment in April and May. This would have been great because I have nothing going on at that time. Now we're at the tail end of October, and my weekends are full of conventions, my anniversary, and the holidays. I'd also already plotted December for fulfilling other projects. So, uh, biiiiig hiccup. T_T

I will be prioritizing backers of other projects, in hopes of consolidating shipping where I can and getting folks their goods as quickly as we're able. (So if you backed this project and either my Pintopia Spirits in the Waves or my Ita Folio project, your moons are getting my attention first.)

I will continue to provide regular updates as we work through the pin sets and get orders out the door. Thank you so much for your continued patience.

Hello again so soon friends,

I made a slight error when everyone's tracking number, so the one you see on Backerkit is incorrect. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

Please check your email for the PirateShip email containing your correct tracking number. If you are having trouble finding it please email me at [email protected] so I can assist you. All packages should be arriving within the week, and if you suspect your package may be lost please reach out.

Thank you again for being patient with me!

Hello my friends!

I am happy to say pins have been shipped, and some have even already arrived!

As usual if there are any issues with your order please email me at [email protected]. It's better to email me directly because Backerkit doesn't always give me a notification.

I would love for you to tag me in your orders if you post them on social media! I hope everyone loves their pins, I know I do!

I have plenty available, so if you wanted to buy more at a later date you can check out my shop where I will be listing all the pins soon.

Thank you again for all the love and support!

If you want more from me, please check out my next campaign launching next month: Garden Variety Rabbits. It's featuring 4 designs of different hares as fruits! I hope to see you there <33

Greetings Hoarders,

I just wanted to touch base about some questions that arose from the survey.

These were "automatically" added to qualifying carts; however, you might not see them when you complete the survey.

I have double-checked; they are there. Because I didn't link them to a SKU during the campaign (it exists for returning backer/early bird/reservation pins etc.), collaboration rewards had to be manually added through creating segments (Since these numbers are only known post-campaign). Backerkit staff informed me that this means you won't see them, but they are there!

This is what I see for the packing list:

Some of you may have noticed an item that says "upgrades" when you complete the survey. These are the pins added during the survey.

You see "upgrades", I see the actual SKU:

Unfortunately my US backers have to pay tariffs and will see those in their carts. Tariffs are calculated per item based on value, where they are manufactured, item type, and estimated arrival date in the US since it's variable and can change on a whim. Which means each item has different rules and rates (setting it up is a headache). What this means is that unfortunately even of you backed multiple campaigns with me, even if I shipped it together, it won't lower the cost. I wish I could do this, but this is something out of my control.

I miss the free-trade agreement.

Hopefully this helps clarify some questions.

I don't get notifications when you comment on posts and I might miss something. I also don't check it as often as my email.

Hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.
Yours in art,
Therena

Greetings Hoarders,

Exciting news! The surveys have been approved, and I just sent out the smoke test! 5% of you will get the survey. Please complete it as soon as possible and let me know if there are any issues. Hopefully, thinks will be smooth sailing, and no issues will arise.

I will send the remaining surveys early next week, provided there are no problems.

Thank you for being here and supporting my art. I wouldn't be here without you, and neither would the Derpies.

Yours in art,
Therena

Greetings hoarders,

It's been a while since my last update and I apologize. Summer got busier than anticipated and the challenge of trying to balance spending time with my family/travelling made me less productive than I like. Summer is always chaos without the routine of school and kids being home and trying to squeeze as many memories as possible into 2 months.

But I finally have good news, I just finished setting up the survey and it's been sent for review by the Backerkit team!

Hopefully there's no screw ups this time with the SKUs, so my hope is to start getting surveys to you starting next week.

If you backed both Zodiac Derpies & Pride Pins, I will try to see about shipping everything together.

Thank you for your patience, it won't be long before your pins come your way!

On some completely (slightly, because it's part of why things didn't get done faster) unrelated good news, I did an 8 day sailing race/trip with my husband and we won!

Okay part of the reason we won was because there was almost no wind and calling it a "sailing" trip is a bit misleading. But we peddled our hearts out (sacrificing knees and hips to get the trophy)

Why am I mentioning it? (Other than I get to share something personal) My next Derpy Dragon campaign us "Derpy Adventures" which is heavily inspired by sailing and pirates!

I probably won't run it until after shipping all the Pride/Zodiac pins, but you can follow it in the meantime here!
Here's the sketches:

Well, that's all for now. I'll make another update when I send surveys.

Therena

Hello my friends,

Apologies for the radio silence, this month has been far more hectic than anticipated and I ended up falling behind. I am currently waiting on an order of stickers before I can officially start packing. But the pins are in my possession and I will begin the process soon! It will take me a bit just because of the volume of packages, and I am only one little guy. But I plan on having everything shipped out by the end of the month at the latest!

Thank you so much for your patience, I hope you are excited for your pins!

Shipping has taken waaaaayyyy longer than I expected with some day job work piling up, but you all are slowly getting tracking information and I am expecting corrected sticker sheets in the next handful of days so the majority of packages will come with the correct sticker sheets! WOOOOOOHOOO.
