Hello, everyone! We’re back with another update on fulfillment for Wages of Sin.

First, worldwide fulfillment is almost done! We have a few delayed shipments, but our Production Manager Daniel is working hard to get those resolved. If you have trouble with your order, check out August’s update to learn how to get in contact with the company overseeing your fulfillment and what to do if you haven’t heard a response from them. 

Also, a reminder that next month is Mothership Month 26! Again, there will be no crowdfunding this year. Instead, we will be excited to unveil the ten Mothership Select adventures, announce the winners of the Jump-9 Writer’s Grant, and debut the Wardens Club, where Wardens can earn cool swag for running community games. I’m here with our monthly update. Not much movement on layout for this or the rest of our backlog, it’s been a month.

At the same time that I had some tight grant proposal deadlines for my day job, a flu knocked out my whole household and kept me from being at 100% for almost three weeks.

Alongside that, our warehouse had a fire that took out over $25k in product, so I’ve been dealing with the tedious and time-consuming claims process, so we can reprint and repurchase a lot of product.

I have attached another example of the mini graphic novel by Amanda. I’m really happy to share this with you.

Hi all,

We’ve just received the master production copy of the book (and the other goodies), the first copy made with the same process that the mass production will use. The assembly quality is a marked improvement over the preproduction copies we reviewed. We feel the book as a whole has come out very well.

There are a few changes in contrast here and there that seem like a bit of a step backward, but we don’t want to prolong your wait further. We don’t believe delaying things again by a couple of months to tweak a handful of ink values and make new printing plates in vague hopes of improving those few images will add enough value to justify the extended wait. We want Devil’s Due in your hands, so we’ve approved the book for full production!

Since there won’t be any more tweaks, we’ll be releasing the final digital PDFs and accompanying digital assets to backers in the next few days. If you’re all paid up in the Pledge Manager, look for an email from BackerKit with links to download those in a bit! (If you’re not all paid up, recover your survey info here and finish checking out to get your rewards.)

If the current timeline holds, we’re expecting everything to be produced around mid October and arrive in our warehouses, hopefully, around mid-to-late November for final order picking and fulfillment. For now, enjoy a few more photos!

Boxes of Interloper rewards have started to leave the warehouse to head to your doors!

 The first may begin arriving next week and continue throughout the end of September into October with international backers taking a few weeks longer. If you haven´t received anything by the end of October, please send me an email at [email protected] and I´ll make sure your package arrives where it should be going.

I want to thank you again for your support and patience with the voyage this project has been on, I am so excited to have the physical books printed and in various Warden hands for your murder mystery Mothership investigating.

I´ll also get a folder package of all the digital assets in one place to send out shortly so you have them complete and well organized instead of spread out through several project updates.

Hey gang, Cameron here with a long awaited update.

First & foremost, apologies for the silence here. A close family member had a medical emergency that required me to head out of town to provide care for several months. Because of this, any & all updates halted.

The majority of orders have been shipped! For the remaining orders, we’re picking up the slack to make sure the best possible product is in your hands as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience in the meantime.
