Calling All TTRPG Creators 📣
You’re invited to launch your next small-format TTRPG crowdfunding project on BackerKit during Zine Month, as part of ZINETOPIA 2027, running February 2–19, 2027.
What is Zine Month?
Every February, the global tabletop roleplaying game community celebrates Zine Month by launching and sharing small, independent DIY zines, like short adventures, one-page RPGs, and solo journaling games. It’s an annual tradition that spotlights independent creators and experimental ideas.

Here’s what makes Zinetopia different:

Participation Expectations
To join Zinetopia, you must:
- Run and fulfill your own crowdfunding project on BackerKit.
- Launch a brand-new product (no reprints).
- Fit within event categories and themes.
- Build and nurture your audience before launch.
- Launch and end with all participants (February 2–19, 2027).
- Provide a limited freebie if you join a banner.
- Join our private Discord server for coordination.
- Follow BackerKit’s AI Policy.
We’re looking for team players 💪 Creators who uplift each other, engage actively, and help amplify the whole event. Applications are prioritized by:
- Previous Topia or Group-Collab experience on BackerKit
- Past crowdfunding projects on any platform
- Referrals from qualifying applicants
- Open applications
Projects that need more time to build their audience may be invited to a future event instead.

Applying does not guarantee participation. All projects are subject to BackerKit’s review and approval to ensure they’re a good fit and ready to launch with the event.
