I've got a bunch of photos to share with you today!
First up, a box full of embroidered patches arrived yesterday so here's a better look at the finished Octopus patch!
I'm really happy with how these have turned out, and I think it scales nicely with the Lobster.
Next, my pin manufacturer sent me some photos of the finished pins! Here's a look at the Turtle, Sunfish and Baby Turtle pins:
The baby turtles expression as a finished pin looks pretty funny. 😂
Aaaand there's been a small snag with the Manta Ray. I got the photos of those pins and realised a mistake has been made:
As you can see the cut-out from the mouth has been made as filled white enamel instead. This one is on me tbh. I double-checked the proofs they sent me before production and I missed that there was no little red x in the mouth to indicate a cut-out. 🤦♀️
I've asked them for a quote on how much it will be to remake them and hopefully it won't take much extra time to do so. I'll have to sell these ones as B grades. Oops! 😅
I'll keep you up to date on their progress. To end on a positive note, here are photos of the tiny Eye filler pins too:

I got a photo of the second sample patch from my manufacturer today so I wanted to share it with you: My manu slightly misunderstood my requested change this time and swapped out the blue of the eyes instead of the tentacles lol, but I think this was a happy accident as I actually reallyl ike how this is looking now!
This week I got a photo of the first sample of the Octopus patch! :D Here it is: I'm mostly happy with it but I'm considering different thread colours for the blue tentacles to get a better contrast with the eyes. They'll make a second sample once I've picked a new colour!
Thank you so much for all your support to make this collection happen! :D I'm excited to get these into production ASAP!
I've ordered a sample of the Octopus patch, which I'll share with you folks once I have pics.
I'll be sending surveys on the 27th of May (after I get back from MCM Comic Con in London next weekend), so there's a couple of weeks to sort out any failed payments.
After that I'll have the design numbers and pay-out I need to order the enamel pins!
I actually already have the stickers so I can share those today! XD (I needed to order some stuff for MCM so I tacked the campaign pins onto that order).

Thank you for helping me make this project a success! :D Since it's fully funded I'm thinking of adding a new patch to the collection, as well as restocking the Lobster (I underestimated demand and only have 4 left available now).
I'm thinking of using my Octopus design from campaign 1 for this and creating a 5" embroidered iron-on patch to match the Lobster! However as usual I'm stuck on which colour version to go with lol! I'd love for you to check out the options below and then vote in the poll and/or comment to let me know which one you'd like to be able to buy as a patch?
