I hope this message finds everyone well! Thanks to the generosity of all of you - we have a bunch of My Body Beeps! to donate. I spent some time thinking about where the best places would be to donate them to and was able to connect to Lisa Gier, the Executive Director at https://www.diabetescamps.org/ - Their organization connects 100 Diabetes Camps in the US!!!
I was able to collaborate with Lisa to send a message out to those camps and ask them if they would benefit from a donated copy of My Body Beeps! THE RESPONSE HAS BEEN AN OVERWHELMING YES! So far, I am packaging up 18 packages with books to send out to various camps across the US and I expect to receive additional responses.
Thank you ALL for your generosity - it is because of YOU that this is possible!!!

So excited about My Body Beeps! arrival. I have already done two trips to the post office to mail everyone's books and other goodies and I have a few more trips to go. I am waiting to ship all packages to backers in Massachusetts in hopes that you will be able to attend the book launch + pick up party!!! See Invite Below!

I'm hoping that the books will arrive to my house in the next couple of weeks and then they will be in the mail to all of you wonderful backers! I'll send out an update when they arrive.
Happy Holidays! I received a note from the printer that My Body Beeps! is now printed and I will be getting 15 copies in about a week. I paid a premium to have these copies air flighted to me.
Since this is my first time using this printer, I want to make sure that the books look amazing before I send them the final payment. The printer has been sharing photos and videos and everything looks great. A bonus is that I will have 15 early copies - let me know if you would like one of them! Probably the easiest way to let me know is send me a message on Instagram @acorn_cottage_press. They have advised that it will be 6-8 weeks following me sending them the final payment for the shipment of books to arrive. So sometime in February the books will arrive and I will be able to send out the rest of the shipments.
