📦 BackerKit Update – Life + Shipping Updates
Hi everyone!
I wanted to drop in with a life update and some shipping news.
Life update:
- I got a new storage unit! It is bigger, has better AC, and is closer, which means I can go more often instead of only every once in a while.
- I finally got my phone fixed (a new one) and got all my stuff back today. It is such a relief to have everything in one place again.
Shipping and orders:
- International shipping is moving a lot smoother now. We have a new system with extra help so that if you have multiple pledges across different BackerKits, you will now get them together in one shipment. It is more expensive on my end but it works better and should prevent mix ups.
- Shipping costs have gone up a lot, especially international. Just sending two bags to the UK is around $60 to $70. I am not charging anyone extra for it, but I am doing my best to keep things balanced.
- If you got some items but not others, it is because segmenting orders got confusing in the last few months. My system of splitting by item was not working as well, so now I am going back and checking things more carefully. Luckily it is going much smoother now.
Project updates:
- Every BackerKit is moving along nicely except the Stolas one, which is still tricky to organize, but it is making progress.
- The HTTYD BackerKit was finished instantly thanks to the new manufacturer, which is a huge relief.
- In the last two months about 70 orders have gone out, so progress is definitely happening.

URGENT: Contact Me via Instagram Only – No Email or Bank Access, Delays in Orders
Hi everyone,
Just a quick but important update:
I currently do not have access to my main phone, email, bank, Stripe, Venmo, CashApp, or Shopify. My phone is physically broken (the screen is dead and unusable), and my backups did not restore correctly. I’ve tried HDMI to USB-C and other methods, but nothing has worked.
I have a temporary burner phone now, but it only has Instagram and a few basic apps. I do not have access to email or any of my financial accounts.
This situation is directly affecting shipping and payments:
- Shopify is set to manual payouts so payment plans don't instantly remove money. I can't transfer anything right now.
- Stripe payments from BackerKit are also stuck since I have to trigger deposits manually.
- I don’t know how much is in my bank account. I only get text alerts with balance updates every few days.
I submitted an ID for account recovery but used my passport, which is apparently slower to process because it’s not considered a standard ID.
Please do not reply to this message. I won’t see it. Replies go to my email, which I cannot access.

Shipping Update: Backerkit Orders are on the Way!
Dear Backers,
We’re excited to share an update on the shipping process for your Backerkit orders! We’re shipping orders in bulk segments based on character, domestic location, and current inventory. Here’s how it works:
- Orders are divided by character and shipped in batches. For example, if one character has 7 orders and another has 25, the batch with 7 orders will ship first.
- Each order is shipped separately—so if you have multiple bags, you may receive them at different times. Rest assured, any remaining items are on their way!
Current Status:

- Stolitz Backerkit is experiencing delays, and I’m exploring options with a different manufacturer due to a lack of progress.
- 12x20 Bags & Boxes are pending shipment from Alibaba, but they should arrive soon.
- Vee Bags are arriving gradually, and we expect to finish their shipments this week, as their labels are already prepared.

P.S. Once this Backerkit shipment is complete, I’ll be launching more Backerkits that don’t revolve entirely around Hazbin/Helluva! BACKERKIT UPDATE ! (NEARING THE END)
📢 BackerKit Shipping Update – March 2025 📢
Hey everyone! Here’s the latest update on shipping for all BackerKits:
- Owl House bags (USA pledges) – Shipping should finish ASAP! I am waiting on a few commissions that will help me wrap up shipping!
- Hazbin Bags – Shipping will resume ASAP!
- Hazbin Heaven & Stolas Bags – These will start once the previous shipments are finished.
- Large 10x20 Bags – Since these are bigger than the samples, I had to order new boxes. Shipping will start soon.
- EU Shipping – European Shipping for each backerkit is unfortunately a bit delayed due to new EU shipping issues I was not aware of. If I have to I might have to refund EU orders, but I am trying my best to not let this happen. If I dont do this right I could get fined heavily and Im trying to take the precautions for this to not happen, while still being able to give you your bags. <3

💰 Why Shipping Has Been Slow 💰
I want to be fully transparent—manufacturing costs are split into $400-$500 payments, which I pay off weekly using Klarna or AfterPay (payment plans that let me pay in 4). This means I’m paying around $100-$150 per week, and because I do this every week, the costs stack up fast.

I typically make $500-$600 per week, but since multiple payments hit at once, I often only have $50-$100 left on payday. Since shipping costs $10 per package, that doesn’t leave me with a lot of extra money to get everything out as quickly as I’d like—especially since I still need to cover food and basic living costs.

The good news is my manufacturer gave me a $1,000 credit due to a shipping issue, so all FUTURE shipping costs are covered! (This does not include stuff I am already paying for, I had around $1500 left, and only had to pay another $500. So future payments are done but I am still paying things off) My goal is to get most orders shipped out by the end of March, because I’ll be vending at Anime Arizona!
March / April will absolutely be the upshift of shipping, as I'll be having some friends come out to help me GET THESE BAGS OUT OF MY STORAGE UNIT
Trust me, I want them gone. Paying for a $250 storage unit for 50 boxes is NOT ideal. I want them GONE. </3
And we've resolved the future shipping issues hopefully, as I am getting a new representative that I have in contract cannot add fees after bulk creation, so this won't happen again!! :D

BACKERKIT UPDATE - (HELLAVERSE BAGS)
Hello everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to provide some updates regarding the shipping process and address a few important points. I also want to apologize if previous updates haven't reached everyone—using mobile to manage these has caused some issues, so that's my oversight.
Shipping Updates:
- Most of the shipping costs have been covered at this point.
- The only outstanding shipping costs are for the Vee bags.
- Stolitz bags are currently on heavy hold. Refunds for that specific BackerKit may need to happen, though I haven’t finalized that decision yet. I might need to find a new manufacturer for those bags since production has not yet started.
Funding Support:
- The GoFundMe campaign raised approximately $200—while it may not seem like a lot, it has made a big impact. Thank you so much to everyone who contributed.
- Commissions have also been a significant help in covering costs, so I appreciate the support there as well.
Specific Product Updates:
- Pledges for solo plushies and King Clawthorne bags have been shipped.
- Keychains for the King Clawthorne backerkit will be shipped separately. An email will be sent to those who ordered keychains with offers for other designs due to the delay.
Communication Issues:
- Please STOP messaging me on Instagram and instead use my email for inquiries. I’ve stated this multiple times, but I need to reiterate it here.
- Additionally, please stop harassing me. I understand the delays can be frustrating, but this is a one-person business—I handle everything entirely by myself. This includes:
- Commenting excessively on my posts.
- Messaging me repeatedly.
- Tagging me unnecessarily.
I kindly ask for your patience and understanding as I work through the backlog.
Remaining Work:
- Owl House and Hazbin bags will resume shortly. However, since this is a solo operation, I can only process a limited number of shipments each week.

HUGE BACKERKIT UPDATE - ALL BACKERKITS
Dear Backers,
I’m reaching out to provide updates on the following Backerkits:
- Hazbin Hotel Bags (Waves 1, 2, and 3)
- Helluva Boss Backerkits, including Helluva Boss Bags and Stolas/Stolitz Bags
- King Clawthorne Backerkit
Shipping Updates
Hazbin Hotel Wave 1
Shipping has officially begun! However, there have been delays due to cost-related challenges and personal health issues. I recently recovered from pneumonia, which caused a temporary pause, but I’m now resuming shipping.
- Bags are being shipped by character. If you’ve received part of your order, it’s because I’m sending items separately, one character at a time.
- Unfortunately, Backerkit’s shipping prices are not viable, so I’ve been covering costs out of pocket at $15–20 per shipment.
Hazbin Hotel Waves 2 & 3 and Helluva Boss Bags (including Stolas Bags)
These bags are completed but have not yet shipped to me. The delay is due to the manufacturer unexpectedly raising prices by an additional $5,000 for goods that were already paid for.
King Clawthorne Backerkit
This Backerkit is another major project I’m working on. While the orders that are ready have been packaged, more than 50% of surveys have not been completed. This is causing further delays, as shipping larger batches is significantly cheaper. For example:
- Shipping 10 orders costs around $150.
- Shipping 30 orders costs $200 instead of $300.
Given my current financial situation and the manufacturer demanding $5,000 before shipping items I’ve already paid for, that $100 difference makes a huge impact.
If you haven’t filled out your survey yet, please complete it as soon as possible. I really don’t want to have to remove anyone from this project.
What’s Next?
To address the unexpected cost increases, I’m working on setting up a GoFundMe campaign to raise the required funds. I’ll share the details soon. Your support, whether through donations or spreading the word, would be incredibly helpful.

Never received any update, the only tone I've even received a response was when I went on every social advising people to avoid this creator due to the clear scam. Was told it would be sent out and 4 months later still nothing.
I, along with many others, have been trying to get an update on this for MONTHS now, is there any idea when we'll receive these?! It's been over a year now this is crazy. You've ignored community posts, Instagram messages and emails, could you PLEASE offer ANY information about these products that we've already paid you for?!

Is there any kind of ETA on these, I'm still waiting on a wallet and fizz bag with no update for 3 months. I've tried contacting on a few platforms but never heard anything back. I'm moving and really need to know when these will ship please
