📏 What's the size?

The Jeff Ita Backpack measures 12 × 18 inches, making it our largest ita bag yet! With plenty of room for your everyday essentials and your favorite collectibles, it's perfect for conventions, travel, school, or daily adventures.

✨ What's it made of?

Every backpack is crafted from premium faux leather with a durable, high-quality finish designed to look great while standing up to everyday use.

🧲 How do the panels attach?

Each backpack features 10 hidden magnets that securely hold every interchangeable front panel in place. The magnetic system keeps each panel perfectly aligned while making it quick and easy to swap between your favorite Jeff designs in just seconds.

🎒 Why isn't the bag Jeff-shaped?

We wanted to create a backpack that's both fun and practical! A rectangular design provides much more storage space and makes it comfortable to carry every day, while allowing the interchangeable Jeff panels to be the main attraction.

🔄 Anything else I should know?

Panels are fully interchangeable and attach securely using the hidden magnetic system. Collect your favorite Jeff designs and swap them whenever you like! Panels are sold separately through the Add-Ons section.

📏 What's the size?

The Incognito Jeff Plush Bag is approximately purse-sized, making it perfect for carrying your everyday essentials without being bulky. It comfortably fits items such as your phone, wallet, keys, AirPods, and other small accessories.

✨ What's it made of?

Each plush bag is made from soft, high-quality plush fabric with embroidered details and a fully lined interior for a cozy feel that's built to last.

👄 How does it open?

The main storage compartment opens through Jeff's mouth, giving you easy access to everything inside while keeping the plush design intact.

🐬 Is the dolphin removable?

Yes! The Incognito Dolphin plush is fully removable, so you can display it separately or keep it attached to complete the look.

🎒 Does it include straps?

The plush bag includes fixed, non-removable shoulder straps. Unlike the Jeff Ita Backpack, the straps are sewn directly into the bag and cannot be swapped or removed.

🚚 Anything else I should know?

Plush Bags are expected to ship immediately after the BackerKit campaign ends, so they'll be among the first rewards to head out. Soft, lightweight, and functional, they're perfect for conventions, everyday outings, or displaying with your collection.

🕒 Why is the estimated delivery for the Base Bags so long?

Our current estimate for the Base Bags is August, but this is not set in stone and could be sooner!

Unlike a standard backpack, every Base Bag uses a magnetic panel system. Before any orders ship, every panel design must be individually tested to ensure the magnets are aligned correctly, securely attached, and can support the panel's weight. This extra quality control helps prevent loose magnets or poorly fitting panels.

Manufacturing the bags themselves only takes about a month, the majority of the timeline is dedicated to production, testing, quality checks, and shipping everything safely to us before fulfillment begins.

💳 Why isn't there a BackerKit Pay Later payment plan?

This campaign will not support BackerKit's Pay Later payment option.

We've found that delayed payments can significantly impact manufacturing schedules, ordering quantities, and fulfillment timelines. Requiring payment at the end of the campaign allows us to begin production as quickly as possible and helps keep the project on schedule for everyone.

🛍️ When is shipping charged?

Shipping is not charged during the campaign.

Shipping costs will be collected after the campaign ends through BackerKit's pledge manager once your order is finalized. This allows us to calculate the most accurate shipping costs based on your rewards and add-ons.
