I received my first bag, but not the second. I’ve sent an email, but I’ve had no response. I’ve got $90 just sitting with her for nothing. We were patient, and yet we're still being ignored. So I’m asking for a refund, well, assuming you eventually reply with something other than "please send me an email," which you never actually answer.
