First of all I would like to say that everything has been going smoothly with all domestic and EU/UK and rest of the world orders, and it fills me with joy every time I receive a picture of the Water Pals in your hands :)

We tested the UPS shipping with a first small (5) batch of orders and all of them were held/returned except for one. 

I know it doesn’t sound like good news but while dealing with UPS directly and trying to figure out ways to handle the situation, we tried to find a cheaper, tariff free and more immediate shipping solution for the US:

USA correspondence via CTT was reestablished 2 months ago but with new rules (after tariffs) that I had yet to figure them out and test, until very recently when I used it to ship products from another project, and everything worked smoothly. What does it means?
- The process is way easier, less complicated;
- The tariffs are paid by the sender (me) so you just have to receive the Water Pals at your door
- The most important part: it’s cheaper! Around 25€-30€ with tariffs already paid for a medium size package (5-6 pins.)

So after some deliberation we decided to switch our plan and send the remaining batches via CTT.

To the one person whose package is already on the way, I will email you directly since I don’t think it’s fair for you to be the only one without a partial refund.

To everyone else from the US, you can expect a partial refund of your shipping cost. Partial refunds will be processed as packages are shipped.

I hope this wasn’t too confusing. We are still learning how to deal with the tariff situation and it took Portugal National Postal Service longer when compared to other EU countries to finally provide a more affordable and hassle-free way of shipping to the US again.

I have great news! All the pins and banners are done and are currently on their way to me! The pins should arrive by the end of August.

We are slightly behind schedule (August instead of July) but if everything goes smoothly from now on, I should be able to start shipping the orders early September ^-^

As I informed you on my last update, I'll charge your cards this friday, august 7, to collect the shipping costs + any additional add-ons you added during the survey phase.

As stated on the project page and on the survey, you only pay one shipping fee for both projects instead of two. This means the pins and add-ons you backed in both campaigns will be packed and sent together! We decided this to help mitigate US shipping costs.
The shipping fee (45€) will be charged by BunnieBuns campaign "Cherry Pop: Kawaii Dessert Pins".
She will also inform you at least 48 hours before charging your cards.

"But, what if I added additional Water Pals add-ons during the survey phase?"
If you added any water pals add-ons during my survey phase, the add-ons will be charged by me and the shipping by BunniesBuns.

"What if I only backed your project?"
In that case, the shipping (45€), will be charged directly by me.
