Hey all! A small update to give everyone a head's up that surveys will be going out soon! It will be sent to 5% of backers first so I can catch any errors I might've made with the survey, and afterwards all surveys will be sent out :)
Everyone can expect your surveys (hopefully) somewhere this week!
What is the survey? 🦝
During your survey you will be able to select the pins you pledged for during the campaign. If you ordered three standard pins, for example, you will get a selection of thirteen designs to choose from for each one. You don't need to select different options, so if you'd like to receive doubles simply select the same design twice :)
At the end of the survey you will fill in your shipping and payment information.
Add-ons If you purchased add-on items during the campaign, you will confirm these in the add-on section after the survey questions. You'll also have the option to add additional freebies (especially handy if you've placed an order with multiple people) there.
Your balance will reflect the add-ons purchased during the campaign, additional payment is only needed when you add additional items.
I've added the curling opossum keychain as unlockable add-on, which means that if enough backers add it to their order it will still be made! If not enough people order this add-on, those who added it will be refunded for it :) It's half price from my regular keychains to make sure it still feels like a treat :D
Reviewing your payment information...🦝
At the end of the survey, you will need to review your payment information to ensure any additionally ordered add-ons can be charged.
Please check if your campaign payment has gone through! There is also still a small amount of backers with a failed charge for their campaign pledge. Please be sure to check your emails and update your payment information there, or as soon as you fill out the survey to ensure you can receive your campaign rewards!
If you are not certain this applies to you, please take a moment to check your account to see if your payment has been processed :)
What happens after the survey? 🦝
After the surveys have been processed, I will be in contact with my manufacturer to let them know the final number of pins I will need for fulfillment. We'll then begin the manufacturing process, during which I will be designing backing cards and getting my additional freebies in order :) I hope to start shipping the rewards in May.
You will still be able to adjust your shipping information for some time after this, and you'll receive an email before addresses are locked, so don't worry too much if you do not know if you will be at the same address in a few month's time! A reminder will go out before addresses are locked.
