Project Update: Orders shipped!

Hi friends,

Thank you for getting your surveys in! I'm mailing out the stickers today and have put in all the print orders, so things should be on time for the holidays. A reminder that stickers are shipping by US First Class Mail, while the prints will ship by USPS directly from my manufacturer, so if you've ordered both stickers and prints, they will arrive in separate packages. If you qualified for a cross-collab freebie with one of my collaborators, your free mystery sticker will be included in with the rest of your stickers!

Here's what to do if there are problems with your order:

Lost Packages
If you don't receive your order in the next 2 weeks, please reach out to me at [email protected]. If your package was returned to sender due to an incorrect address as a result of an error in your entry, you will be responsible for paying shipping and handling costs for the new package.

Damaged or Missing Items
You have 30 days after your package arrives to report to [email protected] any needed replacement items for damaged or missing items in your order. If your order was damaged, you must include pictures of the damaged products and packaging.
