I had the same issue... I pledged for 4, and we only unlocked 3. I submitted my survey, but I had to put a duplicate. Maybe if you unlock another option, can you change what we can choose from for the pledge? I'm so sad we didn't unlock more, and I was sure we'd get to at least one more milestone... If you can't change the options we can choose from if something unlocks, can I be changed to the 3 pin tier?
Sorry, I meant to say that I had 4 of the regular pins as add ons, so I had to do one color as a duplicate. I don't know if it's possible to remove one of the add ons? So sorry for the trouble.
There should be 4 options total to choose from, rainbow, pink, orange and yellow!
I also thought we’d have unlocked more since I kept the tiers lower in gap, but alas!

I chose the Rainbow as my pledge tier and did 4 add ons thinking we were going to unlock more (and even last minute I was sure we'd get green). It's my fault for not editing before the end, so if you could please take one of the add on pins off my order, I'd really appreciate it. That way I don't get any duplicates, but I'm happy to get one of each that unlocked :)
