They actually arrived a week or so ago but I've been swamped with work ;-;

So, next steps are checking over each plush for quality and any holes or damage, then I can start boxing these guys up and sending them out. On that, the EU and USA are cracking downn on plush without child certification, and frustratingly this wasn't an issue when I started the campaign and during production. I can either rush them out this month and risk it or retroactively get them certified. I've opted to get the child certification done so I paid the manufacturer for that yesterday. I'm hoping it doesn't take too long but it does delay postage outside of Australia. I figure a delay is better than the risk of them not arriving to you guys at all.
I'll keep you guys updated, but if you ever want a speedier update don't hesistate to reach out or leave a comment! I've also been quite bogged down with work now that bird flu has arrived in Australia so updates fell behind a bit more than I'd intended around doing overtime at work monitoring birds.
I just want to thank everyone so, so much for your patience on these, this is my first backerkit and first time getting plush produced so it's been... a learning experience xD If I ever do this again I have a much better idea of what I'm doing.

Production Complete!!
Finally the update we've all been waiting for! The plush are complete and are on their way to me!
I was tempted to go with air postage to get them here to keep the timeline on track seeing it's already blown out a bit, but the price between sea and air was... immense. So they're on a boat and slowly making their way to me. Unfortunately this does push the timeline back, which in hindsight I was probably being optimistic about the timeline anyway, oops.
Hopefully they'll arrive in a month, but expecting it to be closer to two with customs etc.

Production Begins
Hey everyone!
Sorry for the wait between updates! I didn't want to post a bit of a nothing update, so waited until I had something a bit more interesting to let you guys know about :) I've paid the initial fees for the thylacines, the production sample is complete and looks great! The last tiny tweaks have been fixed (Somehow the inner ear fluff ended up a very light purple on the sample I have, this has been fixed up for production!) and production has begun!
I've ordered 80 plush in total, so I'll have an extremely limited number to sell after all the pledged backers have received theirs. I have seen a few pay in 4 cards bounce, please keep an eye on your cards/bank. You should have plenty of time to get payments fixed up before the plush are completed and shipped to me, but worth checking in case there's any errors.
Still working on a few little surprises behind the scenes, I'm very torn on if I show off extras as I go or if I leave it as an unboxing surprise.

Surveys!
Surveys are out!! Please fill them out and don't stress too much about addresses. I'm still planning on doing postage separately in case everything goes pear shaped with postage increases, so you'll have plenty of time to update and fix up addresses :)

Surveys and Shipping
Surveys are just about done! I'm just wanting to be 100% sure I've set everything up correctly before sending them out so my plan is to review everything over the weekend then send them!
With postage, I have the option to collect shipping closer to the fulfilment date - I'm going to enable that so that for now the only thing you should be charged for is the plush or stickers. With the current state of... everything... I'm expecting postage to go up :C I'm really hoping it doesn't but I don't want to be caught out either.
