We're currently fully edited up to page 102 of 246.

Project Update: That's a wrap! [Plus Next Steps]

Hello backers!!

The campaign is over and funded, and I have all of you to thank for such a successful campaign!

I'm going to be setting up the pledge manager next week. And it's going to be open for a LONG time. I'm working on edits for the novel, and that's really the only work left to do. Rewards will be sent when it's complete.

You should expect updates every 4-6 weeks until we're done.

Current status: Editing is done up to page 52 of 247
(This is not yet formatted for print and page count does not reflect final print)

Project Update: I was waxing nostalgic (okay, I packed a lot into this update)

Hey backers!

I was working on some edits, and I caught myself thinking about this story - about how it started heckin 10 years ago, and how it evolved over the five original comic issues of Alex Priest. And I have found, just, so much joy writing this story again. While remaining faithful to the story, I've found a lot of room to say "What else would happen" or "What else would they say?" (Basically, gee, I really hope people like this.)

Here's a snippet I shared with friends last night, talking about how much I heckin love the rule of three

So anyway, I said I was waxing nostalgic -

I was looking through old files and found some sticker designs I'd commissioned years ago for an earlier release. And lookin' at them, I thought - oh heck, bookmarks?

Should these go into production, they'd be magnetic bookmarks (that's why Alex is upside down! lol) and approximately 1.5"

What do we think? Should I add them to the preorder store?

I also found

While digging around, I also found the artwork commissioned for the alternative cover of the very first issue of Alex Priest. This was done by Greek artist Stella Violari.

What do we think? Should we reprise this piece as an alternative cover?
