86% of you have filled out your surveys, which gives me enough information to send things into production. Based on these orders, I'm placing an order for ~150% of the orders submitted. This will easily cover anyone who hasn't filled out a survey, and leave a good amount of stock for conventions next year.

If you're one of the six people who have surveys and haven't filled them out yet - You still can. Locking surveys does not remove the ability to fill them out. It makes it so filled out surveys cannot be changed. (So I have a reliable, unchanging order count.)

If you're a pay over time backer, your survey will trigger ~48 hours after your last payment is made. As above, locking surveys does not lock you out. Your survey will still trigger, and you can still fill out your survey when it does.

Locking orders does not lock addresses. If you need to update your address between now and fulfillment, you should be able to do so without issue.

My bag factory rep estimates production can take up to 90 days. Pin production typically takes 4 - 6 weeks. As the numbers are backer based and not order based, I've already submitted orders for stickers and keychains for the collab rewards. 

This is the waiting period. I will post updates either a) every other month (every 6-8 weeks) or b) when I have something to report - whichever comes first. 

If you have an errored payment, please do address that. This will hinder you getting what you pledged for.

Hey backers!

Survey completion crept just over 80% this morning. Which means I have a solid enough count of all items to place orders for things!

A couple call outs:

Extra colors did not unlock. We tried, but we fell short on all colors. These have been removed from pledges, and no one will be charged for these add-ons. If you want to include a different insert for those locked colors, now is your opportunity to do so.

Orders will lock Monday at 7am Pacific. If you wish to make changes to your pledge, you have until this deadline. I will be locking orders so item counts are set and I can get production rolling.

If you haven't filled out your survey yet, you still can! I'm over-ordering for retail, and will have enough stock on-hand to fulfill the 18 or so surveys that haven't been filled out yet. (Unless you're going to do something crazy like order 20 dice bags. If you're going to do this, please email me. lmao)

Surveys will lock, but addresses will not! I will post another update when we're closer to fulfillment when addresses will lock. Please feel free to update your address as needed.

I want to give a bit shout out to folks to sent in feedback about the reward survey. I made some tweaks to improve the experience for everyone, and now surveys are live for (just about) everyone!!

1) I will start locking surveys either July 1 or when 80% of surveys are returned, whichever comes first. These surveys do inform what additional color inserts are unlocked, so do fill out your survey early if you care about unlocking those!
2) If you opted for a Pay Over Time pledge, your reward survey will trigger ~48 hours after your pledge is paid in full. Until then, you won't see a survey. Please know that I am over-ordering (a little) for retail, so don't worry about anything selling out before you're able to fill out your survey. :)
