I'm happy to announce the cat pin remakes arrived safely and as intended!
With these in-hand, we can start fulfillment in earnest!
Fulfillment will begin later this month (we have 20 labels of a previous campaign being worked on right now, then we're diving into this one). We are a very small team, and half of us are at events almost every weekend until October. 😱 So those of us not working events are fulfilling a chunk of packages each week.
When we fulfill your order, you'll get an email from Pirate Ship with your tracking number. We'll also upload your tracking number to BackerKit. Do Not Freak Out if your tracking number doesn't update right away. Due to having day-jobs, labels will be processed throughout the week, packed and shipped on weekends. So it may take ~1 week before your tracking number updates.
I'll post another update once fulfillment is complete. If you haven't gotten a tracking number at that point, then freaking out is allowed. But then just email us and we'll look into it for you. We can be reached at admin/@/arledgecomics.com
I just set addresses to lock in 48 hours. So please go update your shipping addresses if needed!

We're taking part in a summer sale that launches later this month. If you remember the Holiday Market, it'll run like that. These are in-stock items being sold at clearance prices (because I need the space!). Unlike the Holiday Market, we're set up for EU shipping and will be shipping internationally!
Full disclosure: Because we are still fulfilling this campaign, the Shattered pin set will not be available for purchase. (The preorder store is still open for that.) However, there's a handful of b-grade pins that are just not good enough to be shipped to y'all. This small pile of pins is being offered during the sale as mystery b-grades. Just being transparent so there's no confusion here.

We're going to be at events the next two weeks and will be using downtime to trade pins. Please expect fulfillment to begin in earnest early next month.
Please expect to see a notice from BK in two weeks saying addresses are locking soon. I hope to have addresses locked by July 3, so I may start processing orders the following week.
We have a very busy summer of events planned, so orders will be processed in batches. Tracking numbers will be provided 1) by Pirateship via mail and 2) added to your BK account.
Please do NOT panic if you don't immediately get a tracking number. You'll get a notice once we've processed your order.
Similarly, please do not panic if your tracking does not update immediately. Your order may be processed on a Monday, but shipped on a Saturday.
When to panic: If I post an update saying all fulfillment is complete but you don't have a tracking number. Go ahead and panic a little bit. Then email in so we can get you sorted.

So remember when I said in my last update that the factory was wrapping up and I'd have a tracking number soon? Sometimes wrapping up production means 72 hours, sometimes it means 3 weeks. (Really depends on what the factory means by wrapping up.) The good news is that I DO now have a tracking number for most of the order.

That black cat does not have the purple background we planned. That pin is being redone, and it's supposed to ship with my Pintopia order. (I just got previews of the raw molds for those pins. So we're likely ~6 weeks out there.)
The remaining pins - as you can see from the above email - will be shipped out Monday. This is a big order, so do give us some time to grade pins and pack orders. All pledges not containing the cat will ship by end of June!

I got an email from my manu late last week that they're finishing production of the pins this week, and we should have a tracking number for a shipment shortly!
I was provided some photos of the raw pins before enamel is applied. Those are below.

Thank you so much for your patience the past couple months. Things have been real busy, but I'm happy to report that I have progress to... uh, report.
The past couple months saw us weathering the holidays - both at home and Lunar New Year in China where our manu is - and also Pintopia, which should honestly be its own holiday considering how much stess and preparation goes into that event. Haha! But while things have been quiet, that doesn't mean work hasn't been happening behind the scenes.
I put all pins into production before I took a break for the winter holidays, so our manu has been diligently producing our pins! They - our manu - are freshly back from their holiday break, and have supplied photos of the first finished pins. (below!)
Fulfillment will be pushed back just a little bit. I expect to see all pins in-hand next month (April), and we'll start grading and fulfilling from there.
Thank you for your continued patience! Your next update will come once all pins are in-hand. Please continue to be patient with us, especially since we're moving soon. We've outgrown our storage unit where we keep all our inventory, so we're going to spend the weeks between now and then moving and setting up our new space.
I just set the pledge manager to lock with notice. This means you've got about 48 hours to make final changes to your selections before they're locked up tight!
Once orders are locked, I'll have counts for all the pins - which means pins will be going into production next week!
