At the time of me writing this, all packages have been shipped with the exception of two (we ran out of mailers, whoops!). Tracking numbers come from Pirate Ship, so you should have or be seeing emails from them with your tracking numbers!

MISSING ITEMS

Oh jeez. I've gotten a couple messages from folks about missing items. I'm so, so sorry. Looking back at the pledge manager, it looks like BackerKit had some weird exporting issues. Below is a screen cap from one backer's order. We can see the bobcat added on the left side. On the right side where it says "shipped items," the bobcat is not listed. The list on the right side is the packing list that BackerKit generated and is what we print out to know what goes where.

This is also why some of you received duplicate items. As you can see here, the bears are duplicated in the packing list.

If you're affected by this error - Please send an email to admin @ arledgecomics.com, and we'll get those missing items out to you. If you receive any extra items, those are yours to keep or gift as you see fit. No need to ship them back. 

We got in all the pins from my partner campaign, so we're ready to finish up shipping!

I've processed labels for all outstanding packages just now. We'll be packing and sending those off over the next couple days, then this project will be 100% complete~!

There's still a number of failed payments!

If you have an errored payment, you have 30 days from this update to fix your payment. I will try to process payments again on 7.25.25. If your card is errored still, then we will be unable to fulfill your order. I don't want anyone to forfeit their orders, so please address this before the deadline!

I don't restock pins. Everything is limited edition. If you don't preorder, there's a very real chance we won't have stock afterward!

We're about 70% through fulfillment 🎉

The bulk of remaining orders were waiting on pins from the Live out Loud campaign since we're fulfilling orders together. I'm happy to report all pins have now arrived safely, so we're working on getting the rest of our orders out and finishing up this campaign!

But there's more!

I'd like to draw your attention to two other projects.

I'm live right now with Spirits of Myth. This is a small exploration of mythological animals. Two of three designs have been unlocked, and we're well on our way to unlocking the third. Below is my hippokampus design that just unlocked in all colorways! [Check it out!]

Next up - I know it's only June, but I've started work on a second installment of Spirits in the Woods! I'm planning to launch in January with Pintopia 2026. Selections will include salmon, orca, raccoon, and more! One of you suggested corn as a future pin, and I'm happy to announce that's happening. 🌽 Keep your eyes peeled (or shucked?) for more announcements coming soon!

I'm happy to report that all the pins are safely there!

Our team is currently coordinating, trying to find a date (or three) that works for fulfillment. I'm hoping to have everything fulfilled by the end of May. There are many packages, and we're a small crew. So please be patient with us. 

Now - Pins are in, we're planning working dates to get everything packed and out
Tomorrow-on - Shipping labels will be created in batches (to make fulfillment easier). Do not panic if you get a tracking number that doesn't update immediately. 
May 3 -First packing/shipping day. There will very likely be more. But this is the date shipping begins.
May 4 - The preorder store will be closed so fulfillment can complete. So if you're adding more, that'll be your last chance. 
June 1 - All packages are out. 

I just set to lock addresses. You'll be getting an email saying your order is shipping soon. Please make updates to your shipping address before that lock goes into place. :)

I'm launching a new project soon. It'll be a smaller project with just three designs in different colorways, but I'm excited to play with some mythological animals. :D

I've got some production sample photos from the factory today, so I wanted to pop online and share those with you all!

I also have my first finalized design for my upcoming Spirits of Myth campaign, which I'm sharing below as well!

The bat, hummingbird, and otter pins are complete. I have a shipping number for the bat pins, and expect to see shipping for the other two shortly. You can see the transparent enamel on the hummingbird wings, and I'm so happy with how that turned out.

My next project is called Spirits of Myth. I'll be participating in a group collab (like Pintopia, but much smaller!) where the theme is legends and myth. I'm continuing to explore my own art style, this time with mythological creatures. First design I'm ready to share is a phoenix or firebird.

My Pride pin campaign ends in just a couple hours, and I'm putting these pins into production this weekend so they can race the animal pins here. They'll ship out at the same time as Spirits, so if you back both, I won't charge extra shipping. :D
