Survey Credits
Hey everyone!
Thank you for your patience on me figuring out the survey issues. I think I've resolved them!
- Additional charges were a tricky one so I just went through and gave everyone a complimentary credit that matched those amounts so you won't be charged for them!
- Surveys should no longer require purchasing add-ons!
If you have further troubles, send me an email: [email protected]

Survey Troubles
Hey everyone!
I've gotten a few emails regarding some additional costs and the surveys trying to require additional items. I'm still trying to figure out what the problem is with that so hang tight - if you don't get a response to your email I'm just focused on trying to fix!
Thank you!

Tier Change!
Hey everyone, welcome to the Companion Holiday Market!
I meant to change the first ($5) tier to $1 before launch, my apologies! That old tier is hidden and the new $1 tier is live! You can switch to that tier now if you'd like, but if you don't, we'll give you a $4 credit towards your add-ons at the end! <3
Just an additional note that this campaign is ONLY for IN STOCK Companion items.
---
We are prioritizing the Hip Hatchling shipments and they will be out first. If you'd like items from here combined with your pledge from the Hatchlings - send us an email: [email protected]
Also, please contact us if you have ANY questions! I can't guarantee I'll see comments, so if it is urgent please email. =)
