Definitive arrived last week - was excited to open it and admire the heftiness of the tome, but was unfortunately greeted with damaged embossing on the front cover. There were also a bunch of minor imperfections in the books, ranging from pages glued together to damaged endpapers; stuck gilding also seemed to be stripping layers from adjacent pages. I sent along an email last week with 6 pictures detailing the damage as well as some ideas at what might be causing it - the 'missing' foil was scuffed off into the inside of the slipcover. I wasn't sure if this email got caught up in the junk filters. Everything else was great - the entire Library of Durenmar arrived much earlier (perks of being a skip away from the printers) and shipping was super speedy.
