Sorry to do this publicly, but I'm struggling to figure out how to contact directly. I've got my cube - it's great and fun to play with - but the yellow and grey faces have the centre square both rotated 180 to the pattern. Can someone please get in touch?

Hello, I was surprised to find my cube in my mailbox today. I was super excited!! I had thought that the cube I was getting had the slight color around the border of each square but instead, the one I got had the actual map in black and white with all of the background in the color that corresponds to that side. Looks pretty nice. My main question is, were the books and cubes supposed to ship together. When I look at the status of my order it says it was delivered today, but I did not receive the physical copy of the book. Hopefully these are shipping separately. If this is the case, could you give us an update that lets us know if thisi is the case? Thank you.

I apologize for this taking a bit longer than anticipated. We had a harrowing few weeks where UPS lost 2/3rd of the cubes, and there were a lot of conversations with their customer support. BUT. They have thankfully arrived, and we are good to go.
I've just submitted the shipping charges for review with BackerKit. It looks like they are taking the day off today, so I should hear back from them early next week. As long as they approve the rates, we can get this show on the road.
The shipping cost includes shipping for the cube and the book (if you ordered a print copy) and a minor amount for our U.S. backers (less than $2) for the tariff/import fees. Thankfully, the tariff situation had calmed down a bit by the time we ordered, so it was much less than we feared.
Once BackerKit approves the rates, we will charge your cards and lock addresses. So please ensure your card details and addresses are up to date by Monday.
I know a handful of you haven't been able to access the PDF. I believe this is because we haven't yet charged for Add-ons. You should be charged for both Add-ons and Shipping at the same time. Once that goes through, you should be able to see the PDF. If you still can't see the PDF after being charged, let me know.
