Hi, we've noticed most of backers have filled out their surveys, but not everyone. We are extending the survey period by a couple of days so the missing backers can finish this crucial part of the process.
So you understand it better here is what surveys do:
Collect Shipping Addresses: Gathers the backer's current, valid mailing location to ensure accurate delivery.
Lock in Reward Choices: Allows backers to select specific sizes, colors, styles, or edition variations tied to their pledge.
Manage Add-Ons: Gives backers an opportunity to purchase extra items or upgrade their pledge using remaining credit.
Collect Additional Fees: Secures extra payments for shipping costs or regional taxes if they were not charged during the main crowdfunding campaign.
Determine Manufacturing Quantities: Helps creators tally exact product counts needed for factory production before placing bulk manufacturing orders.
The first part is the most important part for the backers in order for us to deliver the physical products to the right place. :)
