Hi I know there have been delays but I was really hoping to have my order by Christmas at least considering the latest promised delivery date was in October. We were hoping to give to our children in their stockings.... You said there would be an update after your latest conference but imone has not been posted. I feel like with all of the delays and issues the least you could do is to be more communicative.
