I am writing this message to say that if you do not post any real proof that something is being produced. Not a mail to a production company, but photos. You mentioned before that you weren't satisfied with some bits - you wrote: "While the outer box structure held up, the bottom storage area showed some damage after impact. The internal plastic tray also needs a tighter fit around the components. Because of this, we are adjusting the protection foam and the blister tray storage design before moving forward." So I'd like to see photos that present what you are speaking of, so other backers and I could see with our own eyes that: 1. Anything was actually produced 2. Things you mentioned actually happened 3. You read these messages at all If you do not reply within a week, a screenshot of this message without your reply (or one that doesn't prove anything) will be shown to the bank (as the evidence I tried to solve it with you), along with a refund request. This is just taking too long, and your lack of proper communication shows a lack of respect towards people who wished to support you and your game.
