I wanted to do a whole unveiling video, but I’ve been fighting a migraine for around two days. I did take some video of the book though, so if you are on my Instagram, you can check it out there (sovereign.of.ghosts). Backerkit does make uploading videos a bit challenging.

I am a huge fan of getting hard proofs. They really help you see if you need to make any changes. I might change the paper inside and I’m contemplating changing the color cloth to a navy blue rather than the burgundy. It would match the dust jacket a little bit more. But even with that, this turned out so beautiful. Throughout this journey, I’ve complained a bit about not being able to be seen by agents and publishers. The reality of it is, if I had gone the traditional route, this book would have never looked like this. I’m so incredibly grateful to all of you for helping bring not only the story to life, but the vision of what it would look like in print to life. 🖤
