I'm excited to share that 98% of backer rewards have now been fulfilled! I'm super proud to have gotten almost everything shipped out. My car was packed to the brim when I brought all the packages to the post office!
Tracking & Delivery Information
By now, you should have received a tracking email confirming that your package is on its way. If you haven't seen it, please check your spam or promotions folder. For U.S. backers, most packages should arrive sometime this week or next week, depending on your location.
For international backers, delivery may take approximately 2–6 weeks. Please be sure to pay any applicable VAT or import taxes required by your country's regulations to avoid delays or returns.

There are still a few backers who haven't completed their surveys or whose payments have not yet cleared. If this applies to you, please complete your survey and resolve any payment issues as soon as possible.
At this point, fulfillment is completed, and inventory is limited. While I'll do my best to fulfill any outstanding rewards if products are still available, I may not be able to do so once an item has sold out.
As several reminders were sent throughout the campaign and fulfillment process, any survey that remained incomplete or any pledge that remained unpaid by now is considered an opt-out of receiving rewards and will be treated as support for the project.

With fulfillment wrapping up, I'll be adding any available inventory to my shop next week. If you'd like extras, or if friends and family would like their own, they'll be able to purchase them through my website.

I’m currently quality checking everything and getting them ready before shipment. The initial shipment date for the non-plushie orders was planned for May, and I’m still aiming to have them shipped out around the last week of May / early June. For those waiting on the plushies - we are wayyyy ahead of schedule, woot!

Please complete it by the end of this week or early next week if possible. I'd love to place all the orders with the manufacturer next week. So I can get the products in your hands faster. 🤗
Step 1 - You will first see the pledge level you purchased. On the same page, you will be asked to select your shipping location if BackerKit does not already have it saved.
Step 2 - It depends on whether your pledge level includes options. You will be asked to choose your options on that page, and you can also leave comments, feedback, or suggestions if you would like. This part is completely optional.
Step 3 - Add-on! Here is where you can pick up some extra goodies at 20% off MSRP!
Step 4 - Enter your shipping address and confirm. Shipping fee will depend on your location and whether your order includes a large 12" plush.
Survey completed. Will I be charged for the extra add-ons and shipping right away?
No, you will not. This is just to confirm the item selection so I can get a count of how much inventory to order. You can revisit your survey anytime to make changes. An email will be sent before your card is charged, so you will have time to make last-minute changes.
