I'm excited to be part of Pintober 2026 with Magical Apothecary, a collection of shaker enamel pins inspired by potions, magical ingredients, and enchanted items. Each pin features moving shaker elements filled with glitter for a little extra sparkle. ✨

The designs are hard enamel pins and are approximately 1.5"-1.75" in size. Each design has its own shaker element, with glitter floating around inside the pin when you give it a shake. Almost all of the pins will have gold plating, with the exception of the Cauldron, which will have black nickel plating. The enamel colors, glitter, and shaker elements will vary depending on the design.

Not all designs are available at the start of the project. Additional designs will be unlocked as stretch goals are reached! (Update: All designs are unlocked!)

The shaker pin has a small acrylic chamber built into the enamel pin, filled with glitter and little moving pieces. When the pin is stationary, it may look like the chamber is only about half full. This is intentional! The extra space allows the glitter and pieces to move around freely when you shake the pin.

Since this is my first time making shaker pins, the size or design may be adjusted slightly after the campaign to make sure everything moves properly inside the shaker chamber.

Stretch goals will be added depending on how the project goes! ✨ As we reach new goals, more magical designs will be added to the collection.

Shipping will be collected after the campaign through your BackerKit survey and charged separately from your pledge. We offer flat-rate shipping, so the more you pledge, the more you save on shipping. Rates vary based on the destination. Please refer to the shipping chart below for rates by region.

Some countries have additional import rules or restrictions that may affect what can be shipped to you. Please check your local regulations before pledging to make sure you are able to receive packages from the US.

If an order is held or confiscated by customs because of local regulations or import restrictions, I cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please pledge only if you are comfortable with this risk.

International backers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or other charges required by their country. These costs are not included in your pledge or shipping payment. If a package is returned or destroyed because required customs fees, duties, or taxes were not paid, I cannot send a replacement or issue a refund.

Due to the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), I am currently unable to ship orders to countries within the European Union.

All orders will include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking link via email, and it will also be available in your BackerKit account.

Our timeline is based on current projections and may shift due to unforeseen circumstances such as supplier delays, transit issues, or production adjustments. We’ll keep backers updated throughout the process and will do our best to deliver rewards earlier than expected.

October-November -  Our campaign runs from Oct 20-Nov 5 while we finalize the designs with our manufacturer. Please share the campaign with your friends and family! Surveys will be sent approximately 14 days after the campaign ends. Please complete yours as soon as possible so we can confirm your selections and begin production!

December-January - Full production begins! We'll monitor progress closely and share regular updates with backers.

February-March -  We anticipate the products will arrive February-March. We'll quality-check, sort, and package everything before preparing shipments for backers.

April -  Fulfillment begins! Rewards will start shipping, and we'll keep backers updated with tracking information. 

The shaker pins are projected to take a little longer than my usual enamel pins because of the more complicated shaker elements. Although they may not end up taking quite as long,  I wanted to allow a little extra time in the schedule in case there are any unexpected delays during production.
