Project Update: All orders fulfilled! Thanks for a great campaign!
Hi everyone!
The last package has been shipped, and we have (almost) completed fulfillment! Thanks everyone for a great campaign!
A lot of you have received your books already, but some of you might still be waiting. Don't fret, those last shipments were sent monday through USPS media mail, so it may still take a week or two for your package to arrive. Those of you with physical orders should have received a tracking number from BackerKit, but if you don't see it, let me know and I'll look it up for you.
One slight change to the hand-bound editions: I couldn't figure out a good way to add the vellum that was both stable and looked good with the design, so I chose to keep the vellum for this tier on the side rather than installing it. My apologies if you were looking forward to hand-installed vellum, but now you're free to do whatever you wish with those vellum art prints, whether that's adding it to the paperback, a reading journal, or just keeping it loose in the book.
Due to the limitations of crowdfunding, I am unable to offer refunds. I will be offering replacements in the case of severe damage or misprints (errors that make content unreadable). Lost parcels and missing items may also qualify if the package is verified lost through tracking. If you need a replacement, you must submit your claim within 14 days of receiving your reward.
Now that the campaign is over, I'll be cutting off late pledges/pre-orders and opening up the physical edition of my book to global distribution, so if you want an extra copy of Spider Island, or any of my other books, check out my online store at www.theresaduckauthor.com. Also consider subscribing to my newsletter for updates.
