So shipping is a bit funny now, in a good way. When setting up the discount I confess I just copy/pasted the $5 off for CAD, $10 off for Rest Of World discount we offered in our past two crowdfunds.

I did not, in my hurry, realize this turns these shipping estimates...

...into one where somebody in, say, Thailand pays less shipping on a single paperback than someone in Canada.

The $5 and $10 discount was created with bigger projects in mind, ones where the difference between Canada and the Rest Of The World was a lot more than $2!

After thinking about it, we've decided that though it is strange for Canada to pay a few bucks more...it's what we promised, even if we didn't quite realize it at the time, and Canadians still get to pay less....so we're sticking with this for now.

But as we catch our breath after these amazing first few days of the crowdfund and dream up new stretch goals for the remaining 19 days in the crowdfund, anything could happen.

Meanwhile, additional paperback copies of BLUE FIRE are now available as add-ons. Given we fulfill this in November it could be a fun Christmas gift for someone in your life.

Clade Mirya is a huge fan of Jirel and they've been sharing fun comics like these, of her on her own or interacting with other classic Sword & Sorcery characters, for a little while now.

We noticed, and we liked them! So our latest stretch goal, which you've already unlocked, is to have Clade do a full page, black and white Jirel cartoon to go in the back of the book. It will feature Jirel and one or more characters from BLUE FIRE, and that's all we can say for now...

What will be our next stretch goals?

Honestly, we have no idea and need a minute to figure them out. You've unlocked the ones we planned SO quickly our heads are spinning...in the best possible way!
