heya! its been a bit, and theres been a lot of progress!!!
all the main 12 samples have their first editions, and two of those are completed! completed ones are: golden eagle lion and kestrel cheetah there are some edits needing to be made to the other 10 main griffs but they got those first editions out real fast! i had not ordered the design contest ones or the customs yet as i was waiting for the massive queue to clear up slightly before adding more, since we are waiting on so many samples to get completed! but i will be ordering those very soon now that we are making our way through these samples!
surveys are currently almost ready for review, smoke tests will be sent as soon as i see the surveys are approved! sorry its been taking so long, ive been so busy between all the samples and cons this year, but theres no rush since the samples are still in progress X3
ALSO! guest artist designs are all here! sorry for the wait about posting them, i was just waiting to be able to make a bigger update to add everything in! as a reminder, guest artist spots are keychains only, and all proceeds from them will be going towards helping fund the plushies that werent initially funded! i will not be selling them outside backerkit, (no they will not be up for preorders on etsy either) so they will only be for funding these plushies! the people who submitted a design will receive one keychain of their design for free with their order! those who also ordered a custom or were in the top designs for the contest will also receive a free keychain of their design (drawn by me) link to view them all here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/11RvVHD50XSFU6L8-eVIJtuUgQGxy5dXT?usp=drive_link they will also be shown on the surveys with their own add on slots for each! everyone's preferred socials will be added to the descriptions!

kestrel cheetah is done!
saker tiger is having some neck fur edits as well as the color of the bird forearms color
harpy black jaguar needs the head feathers edited and the dark blue color changed to a more grey blue color
snow owl snow leopard needs their mega tail!!! the neck fur will be spotted!! the beak will be rounder and less pointy
bearded vulture hyena will have a fluffy tail and the attachment between the "beard" and face will be more smooth. the spots on the back will be slightly higher
hoatzin jaguar needs some head position change, as well as the beak shape. the bright red feathers will be slightly darker
gyr lynx justr needs their tail shorter and rounder!
goofy aah nose on Kira XD her nose will be fixed as well as the tail being the longer chunkier one like the others (tiger and jaguar's for example)
masked owl thylacine will have their beak shape more round and less pointy, the inside of the ears will have fur
dreamy griff will have their cutie mark put in the correct spot on the bum and the tip of the tail and inside of the ears will be fur
bald eagle cougar will have the head color be white and the tail be chunkier and longer to match the tiger's and jaguar's

heya! its been slow going but i have a few updates on some of the samples!! they are just first editions so there will be an amount of edits needing to be made on them but theyre doing good for the first attempts!
i am also working on sending the surveys very soon, so everyone can choose the things they want asap so i can prepare counts for when the samples get done! i wont lock surveys until i personally receive the samples in hand to make sure there isnt any additional edits needing to be made to them, as well as taking better pictures of them in person! yes all designs are available to choose from, but there will be a longer wait for the latter half of the designs to be made as i will be self funding them. so dont worry if your fav wasnt 'funded' youll just have to be more patient for them!

Heya! I have been working with my Manu on that edited version of the first sample, which did take some editions of editing!
But here is the final golden eagle lion sample! I am still waiting on the rest of them, but I will be updating more frequently on discord!
Surveys and the preorder store are being worked on here and there in the time between the cons! This month has been crazy, and I definitely overbooked my cons 😅one of them I hadn't even known I was accepted to until a few weeks ago and it's happening soon, so that was a fun panic! This will not happen again lmao
As promised, on the 24 hours left mark those limited tiers are up to change your pledge level to! (They are only on pledge levels and not add ons due to not being able to limit add on quantities)
- yes you may use your design contest design for the custom if it didn't win! - yes you can send me any griffon based character design you want me to plushify in my style! - it must be a griffon design or character!
Please make sure to check your email as I will be getting opinions and approval from you during the entire design process of the plush!
Once you pledge to the tier, you may send me an email of your design and I will get to work on it once I am back from vending at Anthro Weekend Utah!
Sponsored designs will fund the minimum quantity order of 50 plushies! But if more orders for them are made then I will be manufacturing more so don't worry about it being a limited item! Same bullet points for the customs apply to this one too!
Some extra clarification about these tiers in case some had noticed: - the sponsorship tiers on this campaign are cheaper than the elemental wings campaign due to these griffons being much simpler designs! That is also why per unit these griffons are cheaper than the dragons even though they are both 24 inches long! - unfortunately the custom designs had to raise in price due to slight miscalculation on my manufacturers part for the designs NOT going into mass production, so the cheaper price on the elemental wings customs meant I had to pay out of pocket the difference! (Which is ok, I'm still learning!) - custom designs not for production are much more expensive than production units due to the cost to my manufacturer since they aren't offsetting the sample work price onto the production units! Samples tend to be a couple hundred as it is, but one of one designs are a few hundred more as an extra fee! (I hope I explained that correctly!)
There will be 3 slots per size (3 little, 3 regular) for each custom and sponsored slots!
Also, there are now 7 slots left for the guest artist designs! Some clarifications: - you will be receiving a sticker and keychain of your design for free - you do not need to submit a design if you do not want to! It's just a fun community participation thing if you felt like it! - your design will be available on the surveys for anyone to add to their orders! - your socials will be tagged on the images of them on the surveys as well as in the community update featuring all of them! - they will be the same price as the other keychains and stickers, ALL proceeds made from orders of these designs will go to funding the rest of the designs that did not reach funding in the base campaign!
I will feature everyone's design in a dedicated update post once all slots are taken!

ALSO! It has been brought to my attention that I severely miss read the contest that I was emulating and missed the fact that rewards should be given to all winners and runners up! I apologize! I will detail what rewards everyone who participated will get!
- three winners will receive a free plush of their design as well as a keychain! - the top 12 runner ups will all receive a keychain of their design! (new art by me) - everyone who submitted a design for the contest will receive a pen drawing of their design!

Another thing, as suggested by NotSoSwift, the wings of the Barn Owl design by LightNavalGun were really cool, so I revised the other owls to match their wings! :D it actually made a lot more sense anyways, and I appreciate everyone's input and opinions! Thankfully I was able to catch my Manu before they started making those samples XD!!
