Shilo Kashani, a fourteen-year-old girl from the Kingdom of Kavira, lives with her grandmother Yasara in a small dwelling on the outskirts of Varesh – Where the desert meets the sky. She dreams of one day joining the kingdom guard, like her grandfather who fell heroically in the War of the Two Suns.
