You will get a print and pdf copy of the dungeon module. Both will be fulfilled through DriveThruRPG. This means you will need to order the pdf (free) and the print book (at cost) on DriveThruRPG and you will have to pay both the cost of printing (approximately $6.25) and shipping. You will not automatically receive your rewards; you need to get them through DriveThruRPG. Instructions on how to do so will be sent once the rewards are ready to be shipped.
