Sometimes packages miss an item, or get the wrong item. While I do my best to double check every order as I pack it, sometimes a thing or two slips through. If I missed anything, please send a polite email to [email protected] (I will not respond to comments!) with a photo of your packing slip and what you are missing. Comments here about order issues will simply be told to email me.

You will have up to 3 WEEKS after your package is delivered to claim any issues. After that, I will not replace any missing or damaged items.

🌙 I'm excited to let you know that all pins have arrived and look AMAZING! I will start working on fulfilling orders over the next couple weeks. This puts us a couple months head of schedule, which I'm sure the Space Corp will be pleased to learn about. Because of this change, I will be closing this project permanently on October 31. 🌙 I ordered the pins 2 weeks ago, and production has officially begun. My manufacturer, and many others, were overwhelmed with requests to being production when the tariffs were lowered, so there was a small delay in getting started.

Many of you have fixed your payments (thank you so much!), so I am only missing $1450 in funding now. Thank you to everybody who has already paid and finished their surveys, it makes creating everything for you so much easier! ☀️

In just 18 days, I am launching another pin project in partnership with the Pin Kids Collective! My project is called Hearth's Warming. Some of you may recognize the color theme; comment if you know what it is! This time the PKC is welcoming two new members, Stina of LaserBrain (my paired-project partner), and Jess of Kimchi Kreative. We're very excited to have these two seasoned pin makers join the Collective!

As a Cousin who has was part of Transcend, you'll receive a free Retro Dragon sticker if you join the Hearth. If you pledge in the first 48 hours, you'll also get a free Copper Puppy sticker, colored in memory of my beagle Copper who was laid to rest only a few weeks ago.

For those who were looking forward to Moonrise and Sunrise being made into pins, they will be in the next space-themed pin project! Look for that probably in Q1 2026.

🌙 Hello again! The Transcend surveys have been locked, and add-ons plus shipping have been charged. Additionally, those who failed their initial pledges have been recharged.

However, there are still quite a few funds missing.

This is a stern reminder to double check your payment information and correct it ASAP. Currently, this project is ONCE AGAIN missing over $2,200 in funding, and it really is very important it comes in! Please go into your Transcend survey and update your payment information ASAP. If your bank has blocked the charge (there are about 3 of you, $500 total) then contact them and let them know the charge is fine. Or change your payment method.

It is of vital importance that funds come in as planned so that YOU can receive your pledged rewards, and so that I can continue to create fun pins for you all! Remember, if you don't pay for your rewards or your shipping, you WILL NOT receive them. I plan to have the Pledge Manager resend survey emails (to those who haven't responded) and also recharge cards every Tuesday.

I have already placed my pin order, and will be ordering stickers soon. Packaging will be ordered closer to fulfillment time so I don't have hundreds of envelopes sitting around, heh. I have ordered only 5-10 extra pins of each design based on expected counts, so there will be very few leftovers when all items have been fulfilled. ☀️

🌙 Hello again, this is a reminder update to fill out your survey! 91% are completed, and only 22 surveys remain. Surveys will close on May 18, 2025. Anybody who completes their survey before they close WILL receive their chosen rewards. Any surveys completed after closing may not receive their chosen rewards. This is because I do not intend to order very many extras of anything from this project, so if you want a specific item you need to fill out your survey. ☀️

You should have received an email with a link to your survey. If you can't find it, you can access your survey from your BackerKit profile. Follow these steps:
Click your profile icon in the top right corner of BackerKit > Click Your Pledges & Surveys > Click Your Surveys at the tabs at the top > Click Transcend > Fill out your survey and submit

You can also resend your survey email by visiting https://transcend.backerkit.com/ and entering the email you used to pledge to the project.

I am back again with the Pin Kids Collective! Starting June 24, 2025, my project will be winter themed pins with a Christmas tree shaped pin display. Be sure to follow Hearth's Warming as well as the other 5 projects in this new PKC offering.

The Collectors Guild Cafe has been invited to be part of Printopia, which will start September 9, 2025. You can read about the project and follow for updates at this teaser page. We'll be offering an eBook, softcover, hardcover, unlocking MORE stories, bookmarks, stickers, and in general having a good time at the Cafe.

For those who didn't join the exploration while the project was open, I have opened a pre-order store. This is only for those who were unable to support the initial project. Pre-orders will not receive the freebie rewards from the project. All rewards are available for purchase. The store will close on May 18, 2025.

I am keeping a close eye on the news about the potential Canada Post strike starting May 22. If Post goes on strike, and is still on strike when rewards are in hand and ready to ship, then I will package up but delay sending out your orders so we can avoid rewards being lost or kept in limbo.
