Do we ship internationally?
Yes, but some countries are excluded. Most of the major ones that aren't actively in like, a war.

Do I have to pay VAT taxes?
Maybe. We aren't promising that this campaign is VAT/Import Tax-Free because we aren't printing millions of copies. However, we can work with you to make it as easy as possible. Just please be prepared to pay them and if you don't like it, well, you could always call at your government to yell at them (if it makes you feel any better, we're dealing with the same issues in the US!)

What if my package gets lost/stolen?
While we are technically not claiming responsibility once the package leaves our hands, we understand things happen. Just reach out to us once it's clear you did not receive it.

Have you even crowdfunded anything before?

While this is our first BackerKit campaign, we have run 3 successful Kickstarters (and one as a co-publisher) that have raised around $50,000 total. We are confident about running this one!

Premium Reward Disclaimers

-Suggest a Word-
Backer can suggest any ONE word to be placed on a Swearmints word card. We will combine multiple suggested words onto one card and may be placed in either the Blue or Purple Swearmints version.

Backer will be sent a Google form to fill out card suggestions and preference on how they would like to be credited on the card. This form must be filled out within two weeks of receiving it. If backer doesn't want to come up with something from scratch, or the general idea is already planned to be included as a card, they can also choose to "sponsor" a pre-written card and add their name to it.

Creator discretion will be used to ensure that their card fits within parameters of the game. Backer may provide multiple options which may be tweaked slightly. Full named or initial'ed credit will be given on the card which will be included in every Backerkit version of the relevant game, but not in future versions. It's ok if the word is slightly suggestive, but because these games are safe for work we must refrain from printing actual swears or anything offensive. We covered most of them in the Red version.

We want you to write your cards your own way, but we have to limit the crazy: we will not print anything that we deem overly hateful, racist, sexist, Proper Nouns, shockingly offensive for the sake of being offensive, or anything else we deem too over the top. If you have an idea that may be crossing the line, have some backups in mind. Our judgement is final and if we can't come to an agreement we will simply refund your pledge.

-Custom Game-
 We’ll work with Backer over email to design the custom box, which will consist of the following options:

- Chosen name written on the front
- Custom color/pattern from the choices we have (Green, Red, Ice Blue, Purple with Bubbles)

Custom game box MAY be printed at a different manufacturer than the main game and is not guaranteed to 100% match the mass produced game, but it will be very close and useable as the actual game box.

Are the reprinted original Swearmints gonna be any different than the current versions?

Most likely, no. We like how they are and they will be basically identical in terms of manufacturing and content. So yes, if you already have the Green and Red versions, you do not need the Green and Red versions from this campaign. You'll definitely want the new ones though as they add quite a bit of gameplay!

How Do Add Ons Work?

Once you choose a pledge level, you will have the option of adding additional items to your order, including our other games. Add-ons are subject to additional shipping charges and are sold at full MSRP - check out the bundles in the add-ons section to save on shipping.

When will add-ons ship?

Some of the add on items are in stock now and can ship them to you after we send the rewards survey in the summer. Depending on the items in your order, you may receive your items at multiple times from different places. If you'd prefer to receive all at once when the new games are released, let us know!

Was any of this made with AI?

This game was made before AI was even powerful enough to make a game like this.

A human artist made the box art, and I (Chris) personally designed the cards and wrote all the content for all the games. Unfortunately for the robots, all of this came from my mushy brain.
