Is there an update on how many orders have been completed, shipped, and to be shipped? Two months have passed since non-jacket orders were supposed to have shipped. Others noted in the comments on the latest update, people aren't receiving tracking information, suggesting shipping hasn't started for many orders. A broad update would be appreciated instead of relying on individuals to contact you and pull you away to look into their specific order (especially since a lot of people are reporting no response). This is all extremely concerning as another project launches. I've seen this too many times where new projects are used to fund earlier projects. These practices are effectively a Ponzi scheme where "investors" (backers) are "paid" with the pre-selected goods instead of money. I'm not saying that's happening here but it should be easy to see why people might perceive it that way.

Well, after our beetle bags disappeared into the international mail system never to be seen again, I confess I was not holding out hope for the Jacket to arrive. But surprise surprise it did arrive a few minutes ago! It is beautifully made, thick lining and lovely feel, but disappointingly too small for either myself or my daughter. I was hoping that at least 1 button would close but no. So out of nearly $300 in support across two separate pledges, we got the sum total of a lady bug coin purse and the tarantula key chain plush to enjoy. Disappointing from that aspect, but the items are well made and very cute. I hope everyone else has better luck that we did!

Bonus update for those curious what we are up to outside of this campaign!!! We are really excited to announce we are starting to partner up with other indie animation studios to produce their merchandise and fulfill their orders! This way indie studios will be able to sustainably support themselves financially, be able to hire artists to help them, and they don’t need to worry about taking time off animating to pack orders since we’ll be the ones handling it. (As a bonus note, we will be fulfilling future campaigns faster than ever!! We are finally able to afford hiring on a team to help us pack orders, it’s something we’ve talked about before but are finally able to comfortably do)
