About your top questions about the pins the dragon pin set was set up for an easy tracking for us for those that pledged on our dream keep dragon campaign so if they get the full set and also pledged on that campaign they get the silver tier dream defender pin also while we keep it open until early bird is over. But yes the other one you can select from any pins that are unlocked. We may make a more limited number of the dragon pins so it gives us an easier way to track and count for the exclusives. Backerkit has a pretty awesome survey system at the end but there are still some things that are lacking for limiting addons etc. so this made it easiest for me to know when to close them.
