My next steps are to make the standard edition available through booksellers, and open up a goodreads page so people can start leaving reviews. I'll start this process next week, but the hard work is done.

Physical Books As of Monday, all physical books have been ordered and are currently in production. They estimated 11-18 days before books will show up at your door.
When I receive tracking information, I'll upload it so you can see the status.
Signed copies will take an extra week because they need to be shipped to me, signed, then shipped out to you.
eBooks I just emailed all eBooks 1 hour ago. If you ordered an eBook and did not receive an email, check you spam folder. If you still don't see it, let me know.
General Sale For anyone who missed the crowdfunding campaign, the standard edition of the book (physical and eBook) will go on sale near the end of the month (after preorders are taken care of).

After many rounds of editing and proofreading, Twelve Endings is finally complete! I'm prepping the files to send to the printer as we speak, but here's what you should expect:
STEP 1 I'll order all autographed copies first because those need to be mailed to me before I can send them to backers. I'll likely order these today. After they arrive, I will sign them, put them in the mail, and send you tracking information (likely 2 weeks from now).
STEP 2 I'll order all physical copies this week. They then need to print (about a week) and will ship directly to you from the factory (about a week). I'll send you tracking information as I receive it.
STEP 3 After all physical books have been ordered, I'll email the digital ebooks. These should go out this week!

I'm pleased to announce that we just finished editing the final story for Twelve Endings! All told it was approximately 10,000 changes, but the changes were transformative. Besides fixing grammar, some stories received new chapters, deeper characters, and cleaner endings. I can't wait for you to read them.
What's Next? Our next step is to proofread the entire book to make sure I didn't introduce any new typos. We hope to finish this next week.
Then we send files to the printer! In the past it has taken about 1 week to print and 1 week to ship books. International orders and signed copies might take longer (because they need to ship to me first so I can sign them before I can send them to you).
So realistically, everyone should have their books within the next 3-4 weeks!

This Friday I'll be locking down all surveys so we can start ordering and shipping add-ons for anyone who chose Christmas shipping.
Most of you already filled out your survey (thank you!), but for those who have not, please be sure to fill it out. EVERYONE needs to fill out the survey before I can send your pledges (even if you just ordered an E-Book).
To access the survey, login into Backerkit.com, click on your account in the upper right corner, and select "Your Pledges and Surveys" from the drop down.
Editing wise, we're down to the last two stories! I expect we'll finish 1 this week and 1 next week. Then we're just a final proofread away from shipping the book!

I just sent out the first few surveys for Twelve Endings, and if there are no issues, I'll push them out to everyone (end of day today or tomorrow).
The purpose of this survey is for you to add shipping information and pay shipping costs. This is the last step you need to complete in order to get your books.
A few things to note when you receive them:
If you want me to mail you your add-ons by the end of November, select Split Shipping (before Christmas) as an ADD-ON. This will slightly increase the shipping costs.
If you are a local friend or family that want to pick it up instead of shipping, choose LOCAL PICKUP as your Country (on the first page).
