I hope you all have been well! I just wanted to pop in really quick and let you all know that I’m back from my trip and production has been coming along smoothly.
I did get most of the orders out that were shippable before I left, but there were a small number I wasn’t able to get to. I plan on getting these out within the next week or two.
Pins: Most of the pin molds are complete, so they are working on coloring and mass production currently.

Plush: The plush are just about ready for shipment! Since I had them working on everything early, these got done fairly quickly. Since they do arrive by ship, it’ll be about a month or so before they arrive at my door. Once they do arrive, I’ll be shipping the rest of orders off to those of you who aren’t waiting on the pins to be completed.
Once the voids show up and I get more pin pics, I’ll post another update.

Cards have been charged- There are a handful of cards that have errored. Please check your emails to make sure yours have gone through.
Missing Surveys- I’m still missing about 13 surveys not including Pay over Time backers. If you could double check and get these filled out, that would be amazing!
Fulfillment Status:
If you backed for ONLY a regular plush and/or tote bag, I will be getting these shipped off within the next week or two. The tote bags have arrived as well as the stickers, so I would like to get any pledges done right away if I am able to in order to decrease congestion later on.
I have to double check on the status of the stickerbooks since I was informed they have shipped. If they arrive within this week, they will also get sent off if you ordered them separately or with any items above. If they arrive mid to late next week, they won’t get shipped until after I get back from Japan, which will be after April 14th. :)

Production Timeline:
Plush:
The original yellow plush have started production. These ones should be fairly streamlined and shouldn’t need any further action from me.
The void plush is currently getting sampled in order to get the colors right. I would have liked to get this done earlier, but the factories were on a month long break until earlier this week. I will be updating as these progress through the production line.
Pins:
Artwork was approved and molds are currently being made. Next step is sampling to make sure the colors are as close to the artwork as they can be.
Bags and Stickerbooks:
In production. I expect these to be completed before the end of the month
Rubber Quackens:
Complete. I just need to get packaging for these guys.
Stickers:
Complete and currently shipping to me.
Shipping Timelines:
If you ordered anything other than void plush or pins, I expect shipping to start fairly quickly, especially once I receive the stickers. I do also have some regular quacken plush, so those of you who only backed for those will probably be getting shipping notifications shortly after cards are charged on the 16th.
I will be out of the country between March 29th-April 14th, so depending on when the Stickerbooks and tote bags arrive, they will be shipped either before I leave or shortly after I get back (jet lag pending 😂). I will update and let you know which one that’ll be after I get updated shipping notifications.

I have provided an option for you to have your cards charged for additional add-ons/shipping for either now or March 15th. If you have chosen to have your cards charged right away but backed for an unlockable tier, your card will not be charged until the item(s) is funded.
There are a two unlockable items- the Void Quacken which is almost already unlocked, and the color variant of the companion pin. Just like with the campaign, if they don’t fund, you won’t be charged for them!
Pay Over Time Backers- Surveys will be sent to you once balances are fully settled.
If y'all could fill out the surveys at your earliest convenience, that would great! The sooner we get most of the surveys completed, the sooner I can get accurate counts and get the items into production. ^^
