We are excited to tell you that the PDF is hitting your mailboxes tonight.

The book looks great! Bert and Joey outdid themselves, and I could not have done it without them. I also could not have done it without your support. Please look at the final page of the book for some special written thanks and remembrances that are important to me. More importantly, tell us what you think? Tell me when you run it and how you made it your own? We hope you love it!

We've tried to make this as easy as possible. Your DrivethruRPG codes will have gone out to the email we have on file. In addition, we loaded the file onto the Backerkit platform, and you should receive notification that you have a download available. They are the same PDF. If you purchased the PDF or a level that would give you the PDF in Pledge Manager without making that pledge during the campaign, your PDFs will go out as credit cards clear.

Credit Card Lock Downs and Shipping Charges

There are only a few circumstances in which you should have any shipping charges:

If you fall under the first two bullet points, we'll reach out to you individually to work out shipping.

Card Decks, Stickers, POD codes, VTT Assets, and all Other Pending Items

Now that the Pledge Manager is locked down, and credit cards will be charged in the next 48 hours, we have a complete count of how many bottle caps, stickers, and All Around Cowboy packs we need to cover and we're having those ordered up. All other digital items that were purchased from our back catalog will start being sent out in the coming week. POD codes for the physical Xcrawl Rodeo book are awaiting our review of the physical book before we press 'go' on the printing. Other items that rely on property from other companies (the gnome module and the extra creatures for backing Unnatural Selections will be provided as they are ready to fulfill their own pledges. This includes Siege on Gnome Island, which awaits Dungeon Dwelling Creatures to begin fulfillment.

Pledge Manager is closing in three days, so please make sure your card on file is ready to rock! This is the time to grab any final add-ons and make sure your DrivethruRPG email address is up to date. The XCrawl Rodeo PDF has been approved by Goodman Games and is ready to go. We'll be sending it out after the Pledge Manager is shut down and a couple of days to compile the email lists (we're shooting for Monday of next week). The book turned out great! Bert has done a wonderful job with layout, and there is new XCrwal Rodeo art by Joey Docil. I am excited to share it and get your feedback.

We are also putting the finishing touches on the card deck and getting the physical items for the All Around Cowboy pledges ordered up, as well as extra bottle caps that folks might have added. Stickers will also be mailed out around the same time, and we'll keep you apprised on the delivery times once we get the physical products in hand. Thank you, everyone for all the support you have shown.

Over 80% of the surveys have been completed. If you have not filled out your survey, please take the time to do it. We need the information to fulfill many of your orders: those receiving the All Around Cowboy pledge have address information we need and even digital/PDF only levels need your DrivethruRPG emails.

The funds just cleared, and we'll start ordering the physical goods this week.

The Pledge Manager system will go live in a few days after a few of you receive the 'smoke test' so we can make sure there's nothing we overlooked. If YOU happen to be one of the backers that receive a smoke-test email, please give us some feedback on it if you will.

We still have $128 worth of pledges that failed to collect. If YOU are one of those folks, you'll be able to fix that in the Pledge Manager.

For international supporters that backed in the first 48 hours, there is an option to NOT receive the early bird sticker set if you do not wish to pay shipping on it. Shipping is free for the Early Bird stickers for US backers only.

You'll also be able to upgrade your pledge from digital only to the All Around Cowboy shipped box if you wish or you may add on extras that you didn't pick up during the campaign. If you're a digital backer, but you'd really like some bottle caps for instance, you'll be able to order them in the Pledge Manager (shipping will be charged for physical goods added this way).

The card poll showed that the majority wanted a poker size deck for the second stretch goal, and that's what we'll produce.

The codes for the PDFs will be sent out very soon as a redeemable code through Drivethrurpg.com. Please make sure your Drivethru account has notifications turned on or you won't see the code in your email. You can also directly check your Drivethru account. PDFs of the core title should go out by end of this week coming.
