We've been working to get your packages out to you, and today we will be shipping out the first batch of orders! We were able to complete every order that included a Deer Demon Banner and/or a Jackalope Journal, so if you'd included one of those items in your order you can expect to receive your package shortly!

Currently we have completed 54 of the total 230 packages or 23.48% by quantity. By weight we've completed 1076.2oz of the total 1784.2oz or 60.32% by weight. I am expecting that the remaining packages will be completed by the end of next week (though I have jury duty, so it's likely at least one of the days will be taken up by that).

Just updating to let you all know that the pins for this campaign arrived at our doorstep yesterday and are in the process of being counted today. Given this, unless any of the pins are missing or damaged from this shipment, it is likely that fulfillment for this project will begin in a few days!

The strategy that Tokii and I use during our fulfillment process is to start with the orders that include large items first starting with the heaviest by weight. We do this not because they take precedence over small packages but because they can take hours to fulfill and we prefer to knock them out while we have the most energy (We used to start with the smallest packages first, and found that that strategy seemed to wear more heavily on us. Ultimately leading to slower fulfillment).

New Changes
One of the new improvements that has been done for us is that we asked our manufacturer to pin the pins to their backing cards ahead of time. At first we were worried that the cards may be damaged through shipping, but we were delighted to find that our manufacturer was very thoughtful with their packing and with a first glance none of the cards arrived damaged - they even put them in nylon baggies! All of that is to say that fulfillment will likely be significantly shorter because of this change.

Future Updates
Fullfilled orders will be shipped out about every weekend or every other weekend depending on workload. At which point I will send an update of our status that includes our completed progress measured in both quantity and weight. If we encounter any significant setbacks you will also get an update notifying you of its cause and effects.

TL;DR
As a summary, We fulfill our biggest orders first, and ship orders out in batches on the weekends every one to two weeks. You can expect status updates on shipping days and updates for any significant setbacks we come across. You can also tentatively expect a faster fulfillment than what you're used to from us as we've made improvements to our workflow.

Today is a minor update for some of the earliest production news! With the campaign fully funded we're able to see example products for many of the items unlocked in this campaign! We've attached some images and news below!

We've been working with our wonderful manufacturer who has sent us some examples of our 3D pins for us to examine in-person! What I can say is while they are heavier than the average pin of this size they are not as heavy as I thought they may be. Bigfoot (the lightest of the batch) weighs in at 1.41oz while the Slide Rock Bolter show him up with 2.01oz... for reference these are 3" pins and our previous 2.5" pins (which have about 70% of the area comparatively) clock in at just around 1oz on average... making them <40% ish heavier? - Anyways that's enough math for now here's some images!

 NOTE: While it is not the case for this Mothman, we had a suggestion from one of our backers (special thanks to Rhiannon!) to make the moon glow on this design. We asked our manufacturer if we could make that change for the rest of the Mothmen when we order them, and they agreed! Mothman will now have some glowing moonlight to guide his flights in the dark :>

NOTE: The Deer Demon pictured below had a teensy scratch on it's mold causing the divot that's barely visible in the fur above it's left shoulder - We reported this to the manufacturer who said that they would remake the mold to fix this defect. 

NOTE: The Miniwashitu pictured below had a scratch on it's mold causing the groove from it's left wrist across it's upper arm - The manufacturer noticed this before sending these examples and reported that they would remake the mold to fix this defect.

Alongside the pins, we've also received updates on the patches from our new patch manufacturer who has sent pictures of these absolute beauties our way!

Our previous patch manufacturer said that the level of detail we wanted, especially the text, would be impossible to do. Luckily we were able to find a new manufacturer to do these designs justice and create something that we're proud to share with you guys :>
