Hello Backerkit!

We apologize for the slow wait, we've been told that the replacement cat pins were officially shipped out from the old manufacturer to our location on Saturday. With that on the way and the both of us recovered from our trip from Sakura-Con we will likely begin ramping fulfillment back up soon, thank you all for your patience so far... I'm quite displeased that there have been as many hurdles as there has been, but I'm crossing my fingers that we'll have orders to ship out this weekend, with even more for the weekends after that as the excitement of launching Midnight Festival 2 settles.

In good news, we plan to have all of our pins pre-pinned to their backing cards in the future. We've asked our new manufacturer to ship the Cryptids and Critters pins that way to help us make fulfillment time quicker. My only concern is we won't be able to appraise backing card quality until they arrive, and of course there's a likelihood of the cards being damaged during shipping. Fingers crossed that all turns out well so that we can speed up our fulfillment process from here forth!
