Hello Backerkit!

We have just completed labeling a load of packages for this week that are due to be sent out tomorrow meaning that nearly all of the Periodic Pinup orders will have been completed! There were a couple snags on the way though;

- We realized that the add-on stretchgoal for Astatine hadn't been unlocked, but those of you who had added it to your order had still been charged for it. We reached out to the backerkit team to sort this out and luckily it was resolved quickly! - for the 9 of you that had been charged for a pin that was not unlocked you have now been refunded the amount for those pins which should reflect in your accounts within 5-10 business days. We apologize for this error in the meantime, we're new to handling stretchgoals in that way and will be mindful to look out for that issue in the future 😅
- We ran out of pin banners too soon during fulfillment and did not have enough to complete all of the orders of people who wanted them. Somewhere along the line a counting error must have been made causing us to order the wrong amount from our manufacturer... We plan to get that banner ordered in immediately, but we will reach out through email to the one person that this issue ended up affecting so that we can come to a satisfying resolution to the error.

That means for all but one of you, your order should be on it's way by tomorrow evening, destined to make it's way to home. When that happens you'll get a tracking number emailed to you so that you can be ready for when it arrives! ;>
